Anonymous UserThe room we booked was for four people. The rooms are in a backyard and are basically outside. The room was not as in the picture: there was one bunkbed and two mattresses were on the floor. The AC worked fine, but the room did not have an own toilet, so we had to go to the common toilets/shower rooms, which were full of mosquitos. The host was very kind and provided us with mosquito insecticide, and he helped us close off the room to the outside, because the window was not really a window but rather a hole. To stay cheaply and only sleep there , it is fine, but it definitely has a rugged feel to it.

Anonymous UserThe hotel was clean and comfortable though the mirror was a little dirty when we came in. The location was perfect and convenient as it was near the train station, Sauton palace and right in front of Malioboro street, mall, and plaza. Their service was friendly but they didn't refill the hand soap, shampoo, or coffee until we asked. One day they also forgot to give us a towel so we had to ask them to come and give it to us. Their facilities were good for the most part, apart from the toilet that had no door, the sliding doors that nearly jammed our fingers, and the shower that was rather slippery. Overall the hotel was quite nice, but could do with a few improvements. I recommend it for a convenient stay.

Guest UserOverall, it was a pleasent stay. The location is the best as it is along the iconic Maliboro street. There's a mall just beside the hotel with amenities and shopping just in front.
The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Room was a bit small and slight setback was that the wifi is not too stable. Had to call staffs to assist.
Breakfast was nice with variety of food available- both local and western cuisine.

Guest UserChose this place for my little trip in Jogja. It has a wonderful location, and the birthday set up is also surprising. However the bathroom design can be improved, the water can flow outside easily when taking a shower.

Sarah :)The guesthouse is beautiful and the room was very spacious. I think that it looks better in real life than in the photos. We had a few mosquito bites, but that's probably bad luck. The only negative side is that the bathroom doesn't have ventilation, so it stinks. The common shared area is very large, they have a couple of big living rooms and two massive kitchens.

Solo traveler here. 10/10 Super strategic location. Less than 10 minutes walk away from the train station, and it’s right next to the main Malioboro walking street. The pods are very spacious, bright and clean, the air doesn’t feel stuffy. The only downside is there was no lock on the main door, and you can only lock your pod door from the inside, so when I was out, I was constantly worried about my belongings; WiFi is only available at the lobby, no WiFi in the rooms.
Staffs were helpful and lovely, would recommend staying here for solo travelers.

満月と梟The location is excellent, right near the bustling Malioboro Street. The room cleanliness could be a bit better, though it wasn't a major issue for me. Also, the Wi-Fi didn't reach the room, and the shower water kept turning cold. Definitely bring your own toilet paper as there wasn't any provided! The staff were bright and friendly, leaving a very good impression. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a casual night or two, and I'd recommend it unless you're extremely particular about cleanliness.

I expected a neat new feel in the picture, but there were quite a few drawbacks in many ways.
There were some ants in the room, and the toilet looked stiff because the paint was peeled off.
There is no double lock on the door, so it's a structure that can be opened and entered at any time with a master key outside.
There is no toilet paper hanger or toilet paper in the bathroom, and the bathroom window is open to the corridor, so the sound can be heard in the corridor. And smoking is allowed in the corridor, so the smell of cigarettes comes in through the bathroom window.
It's not an open and closed window, it's just open.
The newly extended room was in better condition, but there were still ants.
You can play for free in the public space. Parking security staff is really friendly.

The Yogyakarta Batik Museum Hotel combines Javanese culture with modern comfort. The exquisite batik artworks in the museum showcase the local traditional craftsmanship and are very distinctive. The room is clean and comfortable, and the decoration is full of cultural atmosphere. The hotel is strategically located for exploring Yogyakarta city and surrounding attractions. The service is friendly and thoughtful. It is an ideal accommodation choice for travelers who love art and culture. Highly recommended!

If you go to Jogja, you always stay here because it's on a low budget. Location close to everywhere.
It's just the bathroom and AC, maybe they can be cleaned regularly.
