"I had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a drink, which made the experience even better. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the room was spacious and comfortable. One small detail I really appreciated was the TV having YouTube Premium, which was great for relaxing in the room. The food was decent, although I felt it could be improved slightly. There was, however, a good selection of drinks available. Overall, I would rate my stay 4.5/5. A comfortable hotel with good service, clean facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended na guys!!!"

During our stay, there were some unfortunate incidents: cigarette smoke entered our room, and a hair was found in the food at breakfast. However, in both cases, the staff responded very promptly and with genuine care. The room change was handled quickly, and regarding the breakfast issue, they sincerely apologized and showed a strong commitment to improvement. I believe that what truly matters in travel is not whether problems never occur, but rather how they are resolved when they do. In that regard, the service at this hotel was truly impressive. Thanks to the warm smiles and kindness of the staff, the good memories far outweighed the inconveniences. We visit Bali almost every year, and if we come back again, this hotel will be our top choice. Thank you for the excellent service! 😊🌴✨"

"I chose to stay at this Hotel as it was close to the airport for a late night arrival and there was a free airport shuttle. As a single older lady this was importsnt for me. Everything was great. Driver was there waiting despite almost 2 hours waiting for baggage dnd getting through customs at Bali airport. Hotel is clean, friendly and the rooftop Pool snd har although only small is a great place to relax after travelling. Close to beach and shops and malls. Felt very comfortable here ( oh and breakfast is great!). Also, the adjacent Envy restaurant close to the beach is perfect for evening meal."

"The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. All the staff, especially at the front desk, were always smiling and helpful. A little squirrel even visited our window in the morning! After checking out, I realized I left something in the room and when I inquired, they had kept it safe for me, and I was able to retrieve it without any problems. I'd love to stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much!"

"Cleanliness: The room wasn't cleaned properly, and there was a lingering body odor in the bathroom from the previous guest. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Facilities: The facilities are quite old, which is understandable given it's an older hotel. Ambiance: The surroundings outside the room are great. The swimming pool, restaurant, and bar have live music at night, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Service: Tiara at the front desk was very kind. Knowing I was traveling alone, she offered me a complimentary breakfast, a free drink, and a restaurant discount voucher."

"Great hotel near airport with awesome friendly staff and close to mini marts, restaurants, massage and shopping. Opposite Pantai Jerman with lots of little warungs where you can enjoy a cheap meal and a cold Bintang while watching the sunset."

"The window in the room was sealed shut, so I couldn't open it to air out the strong scent in the room. There were many Indian guests, and around 11 PM, they were walking around the hallway, loudly making video calls. The soundproofing of the room door was terrible; it felt like they were talking right next to me. The window faced the wall and windows of another building, which reminded me of the 'handshake buildings' in rural Guangdong, with less than 10 meters between them. Even though it was a room with limited view, I didn't expect the window to directly face another building. The toilet design in the bathroom was very odd. The toilet was tucked into a small corner, and when sitting on it, you faced the wall. I had to tuck in my feet carefully to avoid hitting the wall. I can't imagine how a slightly larger person would use it. I'm only 1.7 meters tall, and it felt very cramped. As for being close to the airport, it's actually not as close as the other Hilton. This one is a bit too far to walk, and taking a taxi feels like a rip-off – less than a 10-minute ride costs 40 RMB. I noticed the other Hilton's location is within walking distance of the airport, making it more suitable for people with overnight layovers. The bedding had stains. Since I arrived late at night and had an early flight the next day, I couldn't be bothered to ask for a change. Overall, I'd say it was just average, no more than a three-star experience."

"This was a really great place to stay. It's located in the heart of Seminyak, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants like Ku De Ta. The room was spacious, and although the pool was a bit chilly, we still enjoyed it. When we had early morning tours, they brought breakfast to our room earlier than usual, and I was personally satisfied with the wide variety of options. The staff were also very kind. It's unavoidable, but there were some mosquitoes in the room. However, it was within an acceptable range (just one flying around the room). The restaurant within the villa was a bit pricey. The spa was decent, but the service was very meticulous, and overall I was quite satisfied. I'd definitely want to go back."
