A very good stay experience; all the staff were very attentive and responsible. The only downside was the poor condition of the road to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the scenery was beautiful.

This is a luxury glamping resort on Penida Island. The roads on the island are terrible; it's hard to find roads this bad even in remote Chinese villages these days. When the car drove down the dirt road to what I thought was the hotel lobby, there was nothing there, not even a proper building. It genuinely startled me at first. But then, as I walked down a small set of steps into the actual lobby, it completely opened up. The hotel is built into the hillside, offering unbeatable mountain views, and on a clear day, you can distinctly see Mount Agung on Bali. Each building is tucked away on the slope, almost invisible from the top of the hill, creating a truly wild and natural ambiance. The room facilities are excellent, comprehensive, and clean. The overall stay was great and very quiet. However, the hotel has limited public facilities; the communal pool is small and shallow, and the gym is quite basic. There's only one restaurant at the hotel; breakfast is pretty average, but the quality of the main meals is decent. Getting around is inconvenient. If you stay here, you're pretty much limited to eating at the hotel. To go out, you either need to pre-arrange a private car or ask the hotel to help call one. But this is pretty much the case for the entire island; there aren't many decent dining options elsewhere, so comparatively, the hotel restaurant is quite good.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place! The villa was amazing - super clean, cozy, and calm. The food was delicious every time. Big shoutout to the staff - incredibly friendly, polite, and always happy to help with anything. They also made organizing transfers really easy. I'll definitely be coming back again and will be recommending this place to all my friends! The location of the villa was also perfect! Near to the beach😍🫶🏻

An absolutely amazing garden hotel! The environment is lush and green, and the pool is crystal clear and inviting – truly refreshing. The breakfast is rich and delicious with a wide variety of choices. But the best part is the staff; they are warm, attentive, and always smiling, making you feel incredibly welcome and right at home! We'll definitely be back for our next trip.

First of all, the price is definitely worth the trip. The room is clean and tidy. The swimming pool has a 1.7-meter deep water area, which is very good! There is also a very beautiful club next to the hotel. The infinity pool is a must for watching the sunset. The boss is warm and thoughtful. There are hot water and air conditioning, and there is even a refrigerator! ! For this price and configuration, if I go to Treasure Island again, I will book here again.

The location is amazing, beautiful clifftop ocean views, hearing and watching the waves crash on the rocks is meditative. The tent/rooms were very comfortable and clean, with small details thought of like sunscreen and after-sun lotion provided. The restaurant/pool area was exceptional, with sunset views, the perfect temperature infinity pool, delicious food and cocktails, and super friendly and kind staff. All hotel staff were so friendly and eager to help, but some systems could be improved. We tried to book an appointment with the spa at the front desk, but were told to go to our room and call the front desk on the phone, to which the front desk had to call us back after asking the spa if they could accommodate our request. I also had to call more than once and wait for a call back about the status of our laundry order. The process felt clunky and inefficient, and we were waiting around for call backs which sometimes didn't come. We were also told a shuttle would be waiting at Yellow bridge to pick us up, but it wasn't and when I got ahold of someone on Whatsapp after 10 mins they said they would be there in 20 mins, so rather than wait around any more we rented a scooter. Great place, would stay again, but they need a little more practice with hotel management.

Amazing resort with very helpful and kind staff. We booked through Trip.com and had a small issue with the room capacity, as we needed an extra bed for our daughter. We had to pay a small additional charge for the stay, but the manager handled everything professionally and even upgraded our room to one with the best view. The resort has three pools, and the best part is the beautiful white-sand beach with direct access to the sea. The location is stunning, and the New Year’s Eve party was the best on the island. Highly recommended!

Super satisfied with everything. Great breakfast and very nice, large rooms that are super clean. Staff as you would expect. Definitely recommended. But it's better to have a scooter so you can quickly explore the area, e.g. the rice terraces in the morning before anyone else.

Wow! We had a really lovely time there. The mountain view is phenomenal. We had a floating breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the jungle view is also great. The only point of criticism is that the bed linen had a slightly unpleasant smell. The staff are very kind and helpful. We booked a tour and our scooter through the hotel. The scooters aren't in the very best condition, but they're essential for exploring the area and therefore adequate. Our highlight was the view over the pool to the mountains at sunrise or sunset.

I liked the hotel: there are rooms with privacy and pool views. The rooms have everything you need. The rooms themselves are new, clean, and in good condition. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. The staff was friendly. They even let me leave my backpacks for a day after checkout. The only issue: we had some kind of critter in the attic that jumped and scratched at night, but there were no animals or insects in the room itself.
