The rooms are good and clean. The bed was great, but it was really noisy. Overall, the hotel's design is cool. The pool, in my opinion, is awful; there are no lounge chairs, and the ones that are there are in bad condition. We only stayed one night, and it's a good thing it was just one. Everything is within walking distance nearby. The breakfasts were so-so 😕, I'd say we weren't impressed 🙃.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It's not too crowded. The breakfasts have become a bit sparse, but the location is convenient. There's a shuttle to the beach, and the sea is clean and beautiful. All the massage parlors and restaurants are nearby. The price and quality are well-matched. If you're planning to explore a lot of places in Bali and not just stay at the hotel all day, I recommend this hotel; you won't regret it.

This is an excellent Balinese-style hotel. While it's not brand new, it's very well-maintained. All the rooms are spacious, and guests don't disturb each other – there aren't too many rooms anyway. There are also beautiful villas with private grounds and pools. The main pool is convenient and clean. There's a small spa on the hotel premises. Room cleaning happens daily, and water and coffee are replenished. The breakfasts are fantastic, with fruits, vegetables, meat dishes, an egg station, and juices – the chef really does a great job. We had no problem getting extra coffee and sugar for our room. You can order lunch and dinner from the menu, and the food is delicious; we really enjoyed it. There's also billiards and a large lobby with small ponds where fish swim. Parking is available for both cars and motorcycles. The hotel has its own beach with sun loungers, and beach towels are provided directly at the beach, which is accessed by shuttle carts. Shops and currency exchange offices are within walking distance, as are cafes and a market. It's a good family hotel in a great location.

The room was great, and the location was super convenient. It has a pool, and there are lots of restaurants nearby, which is a big plus. The staff were really welcoming too. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Plus, it's just a five-minute walk to the beach!

Good rooms(higher floor) cute garden view Awesome public area on the roof Staff should be trained how to behave 1. Upon arrival they didn't provide me the room I booked in advance and confirmed with them that I book this specific room 2. I requested late checkout at 13:00 and it was also confirmed. But at 11.40 the boy loudly knock my door shouting that we have to leave immediately (although our late checkout was confirmed and it was not even 12 yet).

We’re steps from the beach, near shops and restaurants. The Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre is less than two kilometers, and the Bali Collection Shopping Mall is three km from our hotel. I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) is under a 20-minute drive. Enjoy our restaurant with all-day dining, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness center.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, not in the luxury hotel district, but there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. It's also not far from Bali Mall, where you can go for meals, or you can eat at other places nearby. The hotel breakfast has a good variety, but whatever you do, don't order dinner from the hotel – they charged me 100 for this!

Disappointing 5-Star Experience at Bali Nusa Dua Hotel It feels More Like a Tired 3-Star Rating: 2/5 Claimed as a 5-star property, but age and poor management drag it down. Better alternatives abound nearby for just 10% to 25% extra cost. Arrival & Infrastructure (Major Inconvenience) No dedicated lift from the car park to the lobby so you’re forced to walk the exact same path as vehicles which is outdoor. In dry weather it’s annoyingly hot; in the rain (common in Bali), it’s downright hazardous and soaked clothes guaranteed. This basic oversight screams lazy planning and zero guest empathy. They allow one of car to park in front of the lobby, seems some local big shot so the staff dont dare to tell him to park in the parking lot. It hinder my manouver to get my ca to car park. Room Condition (Renovated, But Half-Hearted) • Signs of age everywhere: Ancient non-smart TV, mattress so soft and sunken it ruins sleep. • Bathtub fiasco: Newly installed, but the shower curtain sits a mere 1 cm from the edge—water splashes everywhere. • Toilet half malfunction: Flush button often fails to reset, causing water to run non-stop (wasted resources + noise). You have to properly press in the center and make sure it bounce back. • Terrace door nightmare: Single curtain covers the glass sliding door. Instinct says swing curtain right-to-left and slide the door, wrong. A hidden center lock requires pushing the door leftward from the middle. Confusing, frustrating, and not intuitive at all. Renovations feel superficial; details were clearly ignored. Breakfast is adequate, but Forgettable. Buffet offers decent variety (i assume all halal, which i am not expected), but nothing standout. Very basic selections, no wow factor, no creativity. Restaurant is functional at best. Check-In Process (Rigid Management Hurts Service) Staff seemed inexperienced: a newbie handled my registration under constant side-eye supervision from a senior. Policy demands ID from every occupant, but I was still parking when they processed the lead booker. Result? Staff interrupted me, knocked on my room for the second ID card. This is the only hotel in Bali I’ve encountered with such inflexible rules. Management prioritizes bureaucracy over training or common sense, let minor slips go while new staff learn. It reflects poor leadership and zero service mindset. Final Verdict The Bali Nusa Dua Hotel trades on its 5-star label and location, but operational laziness and outdated bones make it underwhelming. For just 10-25% extra cost, nearby competitors deliver modern rooms, seamless logistics, and genuine hospitality. Skip this one, plenty of superior options in Nusa Dua without the headaches.

I was first given a room that was smelling like mould upon entering, and after asking the front desk about this they did quickly allocate me into another room. The room I was reallocated was better than the first one, and given it was late at night already I was too tired to request for another room. It is a basic budget room. I was only staying for a 3 nights before my next flight, so it was okay. Air conditioner works fine and cooling the room well. Shower was basic and could do some renovation. Towels provided however the supposedly white towels were more like a grey tone. Breakfast was simple but it has a variety. Location is not far from the main road and toll entrance, also to the beach.

The hotel's public areas are quite nice. The shower filter didn't turn yellow at all during my 3-day stay, which is good. There were no slippers provided. Breakfast was included but had to be ordered from a menu. One day we had to leave at 6:30 AM, and after telling the front desk, they packed breakfast for us to take on the go. We couldn't find any convenience stores or restaurants around the hotel; you might have to walk a bit far. Upon check-in, there was a welcome letter mentioning nearby supermarkets, but we didn't inquire further. If you're just looking for a place to stay overnight to facilitate your onward journey, I think this price is a great deal. The hotel's own restaurant charges around 50-60k for fried rice or fried noodles, which is about 20-30 RMB, so I don't think it's expensive at all.

1. The bathroom is very pleasant, spacious, and convenient. Nothing splashes onto the floor, and it closes perfectly. 2. The bed is excellent, with comfortable pillows and a mattress. The outlets are great, with ports for all possible plug types. 3. I didn't hear any excessive noise. 4. The internet is decent. I didn't test it for video conferences, but it was sufficient for everything else. 5. The service is good. We didn't have any complex questions, but everything else was very pleasant. 6. The location is excellent. It's a 7-minute walk to the beach. 7. The air conditioning doesn't blow directly onto the bed, and the room's atmosphere is pleasant. 8. The breakfasts were the best throughout our entire vacation in Bali (and we stayed in 6 hotels of different price categories). 9. The pool is very picturesque. You can watch the sunset from it! 🌇 10. No critters whatsoever; everything feels very safe and pleasant. 11. Value for money is 11/10. I didn't expect such quality. 12. The main advantages are the price and the breakfasts. Upon check-in, they even let us choose the scent for the room diffuser. The downside – we weren't the only ones who noticed how good the hotel is. As a result, it's quite fully booked.

IIvan TorgashinA stunning place and magical people! 🤩❤️🩷🧡 Unusual, natural, beautiful! Real Bali, without the tourist trappings, no hustle and bustle, just pure nature, an authentic atmosphere, and genuine, warm-hearted people! The eco-hotel's grounds are simply stunning! So much work and love has clearly been put into them. There are flowers all around, an avocado garden, coffee trees, a well-mown lawn, and the plunge pools with spring mountain water are a godsend! You can swim and even fill up with clean mountain water to drink from the spring. There's a natural pool for children. The staff and owners are a wonderful family, such warm, caring people! Many thanks and love to the owner, Yuni! ❤️ She explains everything, helps with everything, is always welcoming, and she cooks local Balinese dishes so deliciously! We were greeted warmly, as if we were visiting good friends. 🤗 The cottages are well-spaced, spaced apart from each other, so no one disturbs anyone else. Each has an area where you can light a fire in the evening under a roof protected from the rain. The cottage has two floors: the top floor has a bed and a balcony, and the ground floor has a living room, toilet, and shower, all in the fresh air. Shampoo and hot water are provided. Incidentally, the water is also mountain hot water. The blankets are pleasantly warm, the bed linen is good, and there are plenty of pillows. There's no air conditioning or heating in the cottage, but it's not necessary—the temperature is very comfortable even with the windows open. There's a café on-site with stunning mountain views. The hostess prepares breakfast and also serves Indonesian dishes à la carte any time of day (until 9:00 PM). The grilled ocean fish with local sauce was magical!👌👍 The air is so clean here! The views are breathtaking, the silence, the forest, the mountains, the flowers, and the gardens—it's truly peaceful. The price is very reasonable for Bali. We also swam in a mountain river, near a small waterfall 200 meters from the hotel.☺️ Well done, I wish this eco-hotel and this wonderful family continued prosperity! ❤️🤩👍 Thank you so much Yuni and Harry!!! 🥰🥰🥰 I highly recommend it!

OONadiIf you're looking for a beach vacation in Bali, Nusa Dua is definitely the place to be. This is our second time at this hotel; we stayed here 10 years ago. The hotel is certainly showing its age, even after a renovation, which felt quite subpar. Everything just seems tired. Regarding the rooms: The mattresses are uncomfortable. For a 5-star hotel, basic amenities are missing, like an insufficient number of towels per person, no children's bathrobes, and poor room lighting. There's a sofa bed in the room that unfolds, but it's terribly uncomfortable to sleep on, even for a child. The shower water smells like slime, and the floor tiles are slippery, with only one bathmat provided. The sink is very high, and there are no steps for children, despite the hotel positioning itself as family-friendly. Overall, the room is convenient and spacious, and the balcony is good. Regarding the pools: The beachfront area is great, with a shower and a shade canopy. It's fantastic to have such easy access to the sea. However, the children's pool with slides is a disgrace; half of the surfacing is broken and not repaired. The slides are uninteresting, and children barely spend any time there. The large main pool is open 24/7, which is convenient if you want to swim at night. Regarding the food: The breakfasts are varied, offering practically everything you could want. However, healthy food options are severely lacking. If you're on a diet, it's tough; there are few vegetables, though enough fruit. There's ice cream on the kids' menu. There's a cafe on site; I highly recommend trying the lobster, it's superb. Regarding the sea: The beach is close and large, with easy access to the water. The tides aren't as extreme as on neighboring beaches, but there's a lot of trash, and the staff doesn't clean it up. The hotel only hosts dinners on the beach. I saw a snake in the sea, and when we told the hotel staff, they just waved it off – a strange attitude towards their guests. On the premises, there are tennis courts and a gym. In the evenings, there's a theatrical performance, but I don't recommend the Kecak dance – it's very sad and lacks much of a show, mostly just talking. Bicycles are available on the property – I recommend getting them at 9 AM and riding left along the hotels and promenade; there are good beaches and hotels nearby, and it's a pleasant ride. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for its price (10,000 rubles/night). If you're paying more, I'd suggest looking into newer hotels nearby.

GGuest UserThis was an incredibly frustrating stay, hard to put into words. We booked a cliffside pool view room and even told the front desk at check-in that we wanted to be far from any construction. Yet, they assigned us the room closest to the construction site! We asked to switch rooms, and they gave us a connecting room with a small door, still no pool view. We requested another switch, and at that point, we just wanted any room that wasn't connecting. To our surprise, the room they gave us wasn't even in the cliffside tower; it was in building #2, probably a garden view room. I was physically and mentally exhausted. Trip.com's customer service was excellent, constantly communicating with the hotel, but the hotel clearly didn't care about Chinese guests or Trip.com, showing no response at all. What we booked was completely different from what we actually got, and they kept giving us unsuitable rooms, wasting our time and putting us through so much trouble. In the end, we just couldn't take it anymore and had to accept it. Avoid this place at all costs!

AAnastasiaGWe stayed at D’prima Hotel Seminyak for 3 nights during a shopping-focused trip, and the location was exactly what we needed — right in the center of Seminyak with easy access to shops, cafes, and everything within walking distance. The room was spacious with a very large, comfortable bed, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The hotel is not new and you can notice this in details like the bathroom fixtures and some general wear, but everything was clean and overall comfortable. For the price, it’s a solid budget-friendly option in a great area, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring rather than staying at the hotel. If you’re looking for a simple, well-located place to sleep while enjoying Seminyak, this is a good choice.

PPriMorThis hotel is a very good choice 👍🏼 I am a little picky, but here’s my review: Pros: ✅ No damp smell, well ventilated ( I was worried about this) ✅ No insects in the room. There might be some geckos 🦎 (which is normal and expected) but I didn’t see any. ✅ Very clean in general ✅ Comfortable bed ✅ The service is amazing ✅ The staff is very friendly and helpful ✅ The breakfast is very good, there are plenty of choices. ✅ Their restaurant is also very good, in case you don’t want to go out of the resort. ✅ The vibe at the beach is nice and if you like water sports it is also good. ✅ The pool is huge and very nice ✅ Reasonable price (but it will depend on the season and demand) Cons: 😑 Sound proof can be better, one can hear everyone from the pool (the sound enters from the main door) 😑 The beach is not the best for swimming, and is a bit dirty in general (not the hotel’s fault) 😑 The gym can be better as there are only 3 machines (spinning, treadmill and elliptical) the dumbbells are fine ✅😄 Overall, recommended! I was happy with my stay at this hotel! It is good to give it a try!

MMАРКThe hotel is located in the Nusa Dua area. The location is excellent, near Pepito Supermarket and Bali Collection. It has a beautiful, well-maintained Indonesian-style grounds and a private beach with various water sports and a volleyball court. There's an ice cream and drinks cafe by the beach. The beach itself is clean with sun loungers and umbrellas, and an outdoor shower is also available. The pool is good and clean, with a bar, showers, and restrooms. There are also two European-style restaurants. Despite all this splendor and the staff's desire to help and provide good service, there are a few issues the hotel needs to address immediately. Problem 1: The restaurant's kitchen is completely incompetent (and the hotel is positioned as all-inclusive). We only paid for breakfast (you won't starve, but the variety is disappointing). Upon arrival, we ordered à la carte lunch and basically paid for nothing... the soups were tasteless, the steaks were tough and chewy, and the fried potatoes were swimming in oil. We had to send everything back; the staff didn't even bat an eye, just cleared the plates and brought the bill. Problem 2: The hotel's plumbing is clogged. There was a foul smell coming from the sinks in our room (we were there during the rainy season, so perhaps it couldn't cope, but the water in one sink also wouldn't drain). Problem 3: The hotel needs roof repairs. There were leaks throughout the hotel lobby, in the corridors on various floors, and even in our room (especially when it rained heavily, which was daily). I didn't take photos of the issues, but we hope the hotel resolves these problems so guests can have a satisfying stay.

TTuannyGreat stay. Complete breakfast with delicious fruits. Staff ready to help at anytime and very lovely. The room was very nice, including a nice bed, chair and desk for work. The shower was very good too, comparing to others I’ve stayed in Indonesia. I’d definitely stay again and for longer.

GGuest UserStay dates: May 2026 (3 nights) Traveled with: Couple Purpose of trip: Leisure Room type booked: Double Room with Balcony (5th floor ) 1. Location & Accessibility Excellent location. Right on a main street with countless bars and restaurants nearby. Very convenient for walking around the area. It is a busy street, but every street here is busy, so it’s expected. We felt very safe throughout our stay. Motorbike parking available and 24-hour reception. 2. Check-in / Check-out Experience Smooth and efficient for both check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted us with a SIM card issue at reception. 3. Room Quality & Comfort The room was bright, airy, and very clean. We had a balcony on the 5th floor (top floor) overlooking the pool, which had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was excellent — they made up the room every day. Strong air conditioning, comfortable bed, and good lighting. 4. Bathroom Really clean and well-maintained. Toiletries were provided and water bottles were replenished daily. 5. Staff & Service Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick response at reception and good daily housekeeping. 6. Facilities & Amenities The pool was really nice and well-kept. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. We didn’t try breakfast. Motorbike parking and 24-hour reception were useful. 7. Value for Money Really good value for money. We got a clean, bright room with a great pool-view balcony in a prime location at a fair price. No complaints. 8. Final Thoughts & Recommendation I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to couples or anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable base with a nice pool. Great spot if you want to be close to restaurants and nightlife.

DDongfangbubai558The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the airport. The decor has a Hindu-inspired theme, and the room was spacious with a balcony. They offer free coffee, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. There's also a clean and tidy pool on the first floor. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay!
