"Located  close to bus station; room slightly  more dated than appears on the booking site; besides that enjoyed staying in the room with big bed and comfortable mattress; nice bathroom/shower; fridge in room: tv with apps loaded incl Youtube and Netflix; only complaints would be no safe in the room and the  bed pillows could be a bit smaller; breakfast offering was varied; hotel appears to be well run with breakfast area being well-managed by staff, engagements with hotel reception were pleasant and efficient and room cleaning was done promptly"

"The bed provided a solid night’s rest and felt properly maintained throughout the stay. The mattress and linens were neat and comfortable, adding to the room’s overall comfort. The space was set up well and easy to settle into. Amenities worked smoothly without any disruption. The overall experience was calm, reliable, and satisfying."

"The room was bright and airy with simple, practical furnishings. The bathroom was also quite spacious. It had a large balcony, but the door was locked. Given that a main road runs just below, there's probably a good reason for that. Breakfast and dinner were included. Dinner was mediocre, not much variety, and drinks had to be ordered separately. However, there was one soup, a rich cauliflower soup, which was a local specialty. Breakfast was excellent and very plentiful."

"The rooftop pool and the view from the 12th-floor rooms were excellent! The room size, however, was average, and the fact that the toilet in a double room couldn't be hermetically sealed is a no-go for me. Huge, very good TV! Breakfast was okay. The hotel's location isn't ideal for the city center, being a 25-minute walk away with no nearby public transport. However, there are discounts on Uber rides."

"The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the bus station, which is perfect for travelers needing to transfer, like us who did a day trip to Plitvice Lakes – it was very accommodating for our early departures and late returns. The room itself was quite spacious, but there wasn't much surface area to place belongings, especially in the bathroom where there was almost nowhere to put anything, which felt like a waste of space. General cleanliness was acceptable, but the details were lacking. I wiped down the heated towel rail and found a significant amount of black grime. The shower area only had a half-screen without a door, so the shower water completely soaked the bathmat, which was a bit unpleasant. There aren't many amenities in the immediate vicinity, just a few pizza places and bakeries. The first one past the bus station, along the street, had relatively good food."

"From “A to Z”, this hotel is simply incredible: the kindness of the front desk staff, the comfort of the room, the cleanliness of the property, the deliciousness of the breakfast, the exemplary customer service mindset, etc. I especially thank Ms. Marina to cut my watermelon and serve it on a plate and the 4th floor cleaning lady to help me with my luggages. 110% RECOMMENDED!!"

"The room was not bad, although a little small, but all aspects of health were very good. The bedding is not easy to be allergic. The hotel sells a bit expensive drinks, but the convenience store at the gas station at the door can solve this problem. Friends with pets have to add 15 euros. Although the bed in the room is specially designed to be unable to get into the bottom of the bed, the bedside may get in and find the cat for two hours."

"Arrived in the middle of the night due to the convenience of the plane. I went without knowing that check-in was until 22:00, and I was inconvenient, but I managed to guide me to the room and I was able to spend a comfortable time. Thank you. There was no sign (just not found?) The entrance was so dark that it took me a while to reach it. If you go early, there may be no problem at all. Since it was Saturday night, there were clubs nearby in the center of Zagreb, and the trams were moving late and it was in a city where I couldn't sleep, so it might be perfect for checking in early and playing outside. no!"

"It's a nice hosetel with friendly staff. Everything is clean and they have towel with it (which is rare for hostel)! The only problem is that there's club in the basement so there will be so music at night. The hostel however offers earplugs for u so it's okay :)"
