GGuest UserI have to say my experience at Acro Suites fell below my expectations. The overall experience, apart from the hotel itself, was nowhere near what I would consider a true 5-star experience.
It is a beautiful property and definitely a perfect spot for an Instagram post, but beyond the aesthetics, the actual experience was lacking. The F&B offering was below average, and the room service/housekeeping standards were disappointing. The room cleaning was not carried out properly — empty glasses and wine bottles from the first day were still left in our room until the day we checked out.
My partner also had a fall at the resort due to poor lighting at night. What was most disappointing was that no duty manager followed up or checked in with us afterwards to see how his recovery was going.
For a 5-star resort, I expected a much higher level of attention to detail, service, and genuine care for guests. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected from a luxury property.

LLINGThe seaside beach hotel, the environment is very good, you can stroll around the beach in the morning and evening, the transportation is also convenient, about 20 minutes from the airport, the hotel supporting dinner is very good, open until the early morning!

Very friendly people, always with a smile and pendling on what you need, the facilities very well located near the 300 mt beach, wonderful breakfast, had everything and for all tastes and the restaurant (taberna) all great and with fair price, pizzas, meat, salads, at the end 10/10

GGuest UserThe hotel is very suitable for a holiday. It has a beautiful environment, a swimming pool and a beautiful beach. It takes 15-20 minutes to drive to Knossos Palace and Museum. The staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is very rich. The dinner is a buffet, which is also very good. The next day There will be music and dance performances with Cretan characteristics. All in all, it is a very cost-effective hotel and the four of us are very satisfied. The only drawback is that the room facilities are a bit old and the water in the wash basin in one room is broken.

NNELLIEWe stayed there for one night, so we couldn't enjoy all the infrastructures of the hotel.
The breakfast included in our stay was correct.
The room is spacious and has all the comforts (douche and toilet) which are clean and functional.
The matlas was a little too hard for us, but for a short stay it was not too disturbing.
