Disappointed no fridge in room
But overall cleanliness was good
Nice bathrobe
Toilet smelt of stale urine
Beds were hard as were pillows didn't have a restful sleep for 2 nights
Food in reaastuarant 3 courses was plenty and good value for money
Over all pleasant place to stay why I awaited my husband to return from his surgery
The range shop was a good distraction as was KFC
Ms round the corner and Aldi
Also majestic wines
Would stay again though

Service and facilities excellent, we didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. My travelling companion had not long before had a knee operation and the staff couldn't do enough for her. Great location near the front all in all a very good choice for the 3 days we were there.

Stayed recently for 4 nights. Loved the convenience of the location next to A38 and a free parking, nearby superstore and various food retailers. Didn't have a chance to try the food offered by the hotel but the 24/7 menu looked really good, if one didn't feel like getting food elsewhere after a busy day at work.
Staff were polite and welcoming. Would definitely use this hotel again.

our room was clean but did not smell fresh - it smelt musty . we also were cold with quite a thin duvet and no provision of extra blankets, we did arrive very late and as a result we did not go back down to reception to ask for more blankets or ask to swap rooms but did alert reception staff on departure. we used the leisure facilities - Pool was rather cool but a good size and clean. We have stayed in other Crowne Plaza hotels but this time felt this hotel did not quite meet the usual standards.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe couple at the hotel are courteous to their guests. The room is neat, clean and comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. Although it is thin, it is overall very good. The oil painting has a little bit of a Greek feel to it. The dining room where breakfast is served has some unique furnishings.
With such a price for breakfast, I think it is well worth staying. Full marks
AAn KhEverything was great in the hotel. The room for three persons is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. Towels, soap, kettle, dishes, tea, coffee - everything was in the room. The TV was in a convenient location for viewing from all beds. The location is very comfortable for visiting the old and modern city. The way to the sea took 5-7 minutes of slow walking. At breakfast we felt like a royal family, everything was delicious and satisfying. )) We will definitely return.
GGuest UserGreat location, just a few minutes from the train station. Despite looking like an old building, the rooms were comfortable with good views from the window. It's basically in the town centre so you can walk to the nearby attractions. One negative was that they wanted to charge us for a late check-out.
GGuest UserIn general people will pay anything for good service, arrived on 31st Oct early evening the man at the reception had a cowboy hat on, couldnt even smile or speak kindly nor welcomely, I thought for a second maybe its a spooky Halloween but no it wasn't he was cold, I wasn't pleased as a parent arriving with a young teen in a very busy hotel lobby with half naked patrons loud music and unfortunately the next morning the man was there and we tried to ask questions about the amenities and parking he was cold and made us feel like we didn't deserve to be there almost racially discriminative but in no words. Its a fresh recently opened hotel but the service recieved was uncalled for.
Ddila faozyWe are a family of 6. Booked 2 rooms. We were amazed by the huge family room and the big toilet.
Cleanliness was excellent. The staff was friendly.
Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience.
Highly recommended.
Love from Singapore!
JJWL TengExcellent location to get around Plymouth - short walk to the Hoe and the barbican. The friendly staff will allow you to leave your luggage there for pick up later after check out. Check in wasn’t smooth though - no one at reception and had to call many times before someone finally picked up to help me with check in, which also took a while. Room was spacious enough with a little kitchenette. Short taxi ride away from Plymouth station. Just 5 minutes away from Theatre Royal - very safe and short walk away after the musical ended late at night.
BBraysoj1I came for the Football and it was a really nice place to stay only a couple miles away from the football ground but near it there is Wetherspoons and there was a lovely Christmas market on as well. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommended if you’re staying for the Football just make sure you’re not near the lift.
MMCUZZAI recently stayed at the Travelodge Plymouth and had a generally positive experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. However, if you're a light sleeper, be aware that rooms on the first floor can be quite noisy due to music from the bars below. If possible, request a higher floor for a quieter stay. Overall, a good option for a short stay in Plymouth.
Ttintintintintinlocation is great all perfect for me staff help me arrange a wonderful room , service excellent and support is excellent, arrange no stairs room for me which I’m not walking good need walking stick.
Thanks again and will be back again
Bed is comfortable
GGuest UserI had a good experience at Citadel House Hotel. The worker was really nice and flexible. The room and bathroom were clean and pretty. Location is really good too, near the port and the Hoe Park.
