"Tha air conditions was not working, the réception could provided us a solution, even when they know there was a problem and accept it. The Windows was not able to be open so the room was hot the whole time I highly suggest to consider other hotel of possible"

"Service was excellent and gentleman on reception was extremely helpful. Getting into the car park is confusing as we were not given a code, we had to phone hotel to get the code.  This needs to appear on the booking confirmation in future. But the guy on reception was very explanatory on the phone and sorted it very quickly. L"

"The hotel is located across from the train station Lille Flandres. The receptionist is located in the bar. Pressing the bell on the side door is useless. The room number does not include the floor number, so be sure to ask the receptionist. I could not find the flush button for the toilet at the beginning. It is located on the side of the toilet. There are many electrical cords under the toilet, which is weird. Overall it was what I paid for: a cheap hotel to catch my train in the morning."

"Hotel is conveniently located beside Lille Europe station and 10 min walk away from the city centre. There's a huge Carrefour located in Westfield EuraLille. Room was spacious and contemporary. Breakfast buffet spread was limited compared to other Novotel hotels."

"Very conevnient location if you are travelling or having a short stay. It's on the opposite of the Lille trainstation. For those coming by car, hotel has no parking but there are garages just next to it, costs about 30€extra for a whole night to park the car. Otherwise hotel very clean, feels safe and staff is friendly. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice. No Gluten-free things, would need to ask in advance. Room are spacious and clean. I would stay again if I'd be nearby."
