"The room is large, but it is hygienic and needs to be improved. The washing machine is dirty and the sheets are not clean. The environment is very good, the parking lot is very large, very quiet, and there is a small river at the door."

"Francely the receptionist who welcomed us was a cream it was fluid and professional against the person this morning who cares for the little dej morning we have well pay the little dej for everyone and despite that she didn't want that 2 people in the group take their little dej that has been paid either say that it's soon the end of the service and she didn't want to serve them I don't understand why to do such a gesture knowing that everyone was already at table and we were it was a little less than 20 people so it was unpleasant"

No. 1 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Montpellier"I am very disappointed that I had chosen this hotel because of its ”high range” classification and the price of €182 per night with included breakfast.
When I arrived, I found several problems:
The room was screwed, which gives a bad impression about the maintenance of the room.
I found spider tools between the small refrigerator and furniture, which indicates a lack of cleaning for a long time, and the dust was well present.
The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.
The hotel is not the first place to be ”high range” as indicated on Trip.com.
I will not return to this facility and I will not recommend it."

GGuest UserThis hotel is very close (2 min walks) to the Central Station in Montpellier. The room was relatively compact but very modern with all the essential requirements of this 3 star hotel. However, I was very impressed with staff and the receptionist at this hotel. I must mention Lucas, for his outstanding customer service. In additional to his exceptional English, he displayed genuine warmth and keen interest in all travellers. Due to Lucas personality, it was the best ever welcome to Montpellier. This is also large patio-terrance (on level 3) with a range of chairs and tables. This hotel was exceptional value for money and and location near main attractions of city is ideal. (10-15 walk)

AAllan68This hotel is in a great location right next to a tram stop. Just walk up the road and through the shopping centre and you are into the central part of the city. The staff at the hotel are helpful and there is unlimited free coffee and water near reception. Room was a decent size with small kitchenette , be sure to download the local tram/bus app , using this is very cost effective. The tram will take you down close to the harbour and beaches.

Hygiene: The bed was comfortable despite being small, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure for a good shower.

PPollyOTRThis place was great value. I got a capsule room. A small room with a shared shower, kitchen, toilet and sitting room. But you only share with a group of six capsule rooms so you could totally eg do some laundry and dry it in the shared space. Room was nice too. Big windows. I was in 519(6).
Front desk could have been more helpful, when I asked for help getting to the airport in the morning he put it into google and turned his screen round briefly. (As if I hadn’t though of that). Turns out there is a bus which doesn’t come up on google (leaving from a totally different place to the tram he suggested) and that if you just take the tram you have to walk for 40mins at the end. Luckily I had asked someone else before getting stuck but by then it was too late and I had to get a cab which I had overtly said I didn’t want to have to pay for. Feels like basic info he should have been able to provide.

Beautiful common areas, large well-equipped rooms, a full breakfast with a beautiful room and terrace.
Afterwards, it is quite impersonal, live your stay without having to deal with the staff.

HHalf a century on the planet EarthThe property needs refurbishment. I stayed in 2 period and thus in 2 different rooms. The air conditioner was not working properly in both room. The first room is a one bedroom suite. They pre arranged a portable air conditioner in the room. It is very noisy and the window needed to be kept open for the the exhausted air tube to be extended outside. The air conditioner in the 2nd room got air coming out but thats not cool air. The staff is helpful and offered me an electronic fan. The lamp on the wall only got light bulb without cover, which was functional but not expected. Location and staff of this hotel are good, so depending on the price, it could be considered.

It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.
