"I really enjoy this location because it offers a welcoming atmosphere and convenience. The staff members are always friendly, approachable, and eager to help, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Their warm attitude and attentiveness create an environment that feels both comfortable and inviting, encouraging me to return regularly."
"We got the smallest room in the hotel ... after the reservation of the 2 rooms the service missed the rooms so the one for two and see view got the one college, but the rest of the stay was ok. Next time we have to ensure the room is on the 2nd floor."
"Stayed here for one night. The location is very convenient, from the station is only about 10 minutes walk. There are shops, restaurants and market nearby. You can reach the port for 5–7 minutes.
Toilet and shower are common, are on every floor. In general, at its price it is a good and quite comfortable option for short stay."
"The hotel is in a great location – comfortable and peaceful. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and towels are provided. Vesna was outstanding kind, calm, and explained everything we needed. Unfortunately, our experience with Yasmin was not pleasant – she raised her voice and was unprofessional. The elevator is slow, and the room key cards often didn’t work. Still, thanks to Vesna and the rooftop pool, our stay was enjoyable."
"It's not bad. There's one single bed and one double bed facing each other, separated by a curtain. The hotel parking is not cheap, but there are temporary parking spaces on the street."
"Everything in this hotel was just right. The staff were kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very clean and the linens felt amazing — soft, fresh, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable.
The bathroom and toilet were spotless. One special detail we truly appreciated was the beautiful view from the bathroom window in our room — it made the stay feel even more special.
We didn’t try the breakfast because we preferred to explore cafés in the city center, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!"
"The room is a bit small, but the breakfast is quite good, the overall feeling is good, the surrounding environment is relatively quiet, the traffic is fairly convenient, and if there is a chance, the house will be fixed again."
"I really liked this hotel; the room had everything I needed. The breakfasts were wonderful, and I especially loved the staff – they wished everyone a good appetite and really uplifted the mood. I'd definitely come back here again!"
"Clean and tidy, the location is good. But the room is very small and there is no parking at all. Before leaving, I saw the waiter wiping the floor with a bath towel..."
"The impression seems to be the first time I stayed at a hotel in Kangcheng. The advantage is in the downtown area. You can go shopping and eat downstairs. Kangcheng is very lively on the street at night, but it will be quiet at 90 o'clock and will not affect the rest. It was quite quiet in the morning."

Great
AAnonymous UserFacilities: Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to France, this one felt the most like a modern five-star hotel back home in terms of its age and modernity. The facilities are quite modern, the decor is relatively new, and the style is aesthetically pleasing and well-thought-out. The only downside is that the rooms are small. In particular, we booked three rooms, and one of them was exceptionally tiny.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The cafe downstairs is beautiful, and the jar arrangements look exquisite. The gym's swimming pool offers a comfortable view of the sea on a sunny day.
Service: The front desk service was excellent and professional. We didn't really experience much else.
Location: The hotel's location is superb, within easy walking distance to the main shopping street and the steps of Cannes.
For the price, this hotel offers great value for money in Cannes. The overall experience was far more worthwhile than the Le Méridien in Nice. All aspects are well worth the price.
GGuest UserCannes is a small city, so the hotel's location is absolutely superb – right across from the train station. You just step out and cross the road. The beach, Avenue des Stars, and Palais des Festivals are all within a ten-minute walk, and you can browse various luxury boutiques and other shops along the way. Supermarkets are also very convenient.
The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and the service is friendly and efficient. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels. The Western-style breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great, so you'll be well-fed. The rooftop terrace is a particular highlight, offering views of the sea and almost the entire city. Marilyn Monroe's mural on the opposite building smiles at you every day, ensuring you start your morning in a great mood!
Despite being close to the train station and the highway, and the bustling streets, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, so your sleep won't be disturbed at night.
Right outside the main entrance, there's a nearly endless selection of restaurants, giving you plenty of dining choices.
Overall, it offers great value for money and is definitely worth revisiting.
DdAnIlEvTGreat value for the price, good location, and the breakfast is decent. While there isn't a lot of variety and some items repeat, the taste and quality are good! Everything is clean, and housekeeping is daily! The only downsides were the lack of slippers and toothbrushes.
GGuest UserThe apartment was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport.
The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room.
Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus.
Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us.
Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building.
It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is literally next door to Cannes train station. Although Cannes is a small city, you don't really need to be that close to the train station, as the main shopping streets and beach is walkable from the station in 20 mins.
We made use of the lounge on the top floor and terrace during our stay. Staff were very welcoming even on our last day, we were able to leave our luggage and still use facilities even after we had checked out.
The continental breakfast offered a very good selection, especially with cereals, breads and cold meats.
DDaria88After Paris, the rooms in Cannes seemed absolutely huge. We booked a room with a balcony and loved everything (breakfasts weren't great, but they had everything you need). I've attached a photo.
The sea is nearby (literally a 5-minute walk across the street).
The water in Cannes is fantastic; we'll be back again!
The service at the hotel was excellent, they brought ice, and the cleaning was excellent. ❤️
GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The only bemol in our eyes is the total lack of window isolation. We heard the noise of the street the same thing, fortunately, it is not a too noisy street. The laundry washing machine is a little short to get your hands down, but there's everything you need in the bathroom. Excellent price quality, at least for the period or we came.
HHappylfgI had a truly wonderful experience — everything from the moment I arrived to the moment I left exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile, which made the entire stay feel even more welcoming. The location itself was ideal — conveniently situated close to everything I needed, whether it was restaurants, shops, or public transportation. It offered both comfort and convenience, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!
