"Hygiene: There was hair on the bed; cleanliness needs improvement. Environment: The location is excellent. It's across from a church, there's a nice coffee shop downstairs, a supermarket nearby, and it’s close to shopping areas. You can walk to Albaicín, and take the C30/C32 bus to the Alhambra, which takes about 20 minutes. Facilities: Pretty good. There were cooking utensils, but we mainly used the tableware and microwave. The room was very spacious; we booked the largest one. Service: Requests were responded to promptly. However, they don't offer free luggage storage, and the check-in time is very late (4 PM), while check-out is at 10 AM. If you're only staying one night, it feels like poor value for money. Price: From May 4th to 6th, the largest room cost 2887 for two nights."

"The Áurea Washington Irving by Eurostars Hotel is inspired by the American author Washington Irving (writer of 'Tales of the Alhambra'), replicating the romantic ambiance of the 19th century. It's only about 400 meters from the Alhambra, with some rooms and terraces offering direct views of the palace. The hotel also boasts a collection of Washington Irving's first edition books. **Room:** The rooms are quite spacious for European standards and relatively new. The style is modern minimalist, understated yet with a touch of luxury. **Service:** The service is very attentive and warm. **Location:** The hotel is practically next door to the Alhambra, just a 2-minute walk to its entrance, and 10-20 minutes to the city center. **Minor drawback:** The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have its own parking. You have to park your car in a spot near the entrance first. After you unload your luggage, hotel staff will take your car to a nearby parking facility, which costs 20-25 Euros per night. When checking out, you need to inform the hotel at least 20 minutes in advance so they can bring your car back. Washington Irving, with his 'Tales of the Alhambra' (1832), directly transformed the Alhambra from a forgotten ruin into a world-class cultural landmark. Without him, the Alhambra might still be an obscure ancient ruin in southern Spain. So, history enthusiasts should definitely consider staying at this hotel."

"Location: It's a 15-minute walk from the train station, which is convenient if you have an early train. It's in a residential area, with a supermarket across the street and a restaurant next door. There's also a larger supermarket (M) about 600 meters away that has bread, drinks, desserts, and ham. The cathedral is 1.2 km away on foot, and there are plenty of bus routes to get there. Facilities: The room is a standard size, and pulling out the sofa bed makes it a bit cramped. The bathroom is quite clean and tidy, with elegant fixtures. The bathtub has a glass partition, so you don't have to worry about water splashing out. On my floor, you have to go down half a flight of stairs after exiting the elevator, which was a bit difficult with luggage."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the cathedral. It's a short walk to the Alhambra and Albaicín, and there's a Carrefour nearby, along with plenty of cafes. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they gave us great tips on local attractions and recommended some fantastic restaurants. The hotel breakfast was also very generous – definitely one of the best we had on this European trip."

"I booked the penthouse suite, and it was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The exterior was charmingly antique, while the interior boasted all the modern amenities one could need, including an electric toilet and touch-screen controls for lighting and air conditioning. The bar and restaurant were superb; every dish was a hit. The waiter was incredibly enthusiastic when introducing the food and drinks, clearly showing his passion for his work. The service was worlds ahead of other hotels in the world. If my travel plans weren't already booked and couldn't be changed, I would have loved to stay here for a week."

"Well, the truth is that everything is great, both the room, which is very large, especially the bed. It's very close to the city center, a 10-minute bus ride to the Alhambra, and about a 20-minute walk to Gran Via. The breakfast is very extensive, they have everything. For us, so far, it's the one with the most breakfast options of any hotel we've stayed in. It's very quiet; you can't hear anything in the room, and the TV is large. If we go to Granada again, we'll definitely return to this hotel... The only thing is that the pool was being renovated, so we couldn't swim in it, but we didn't mind because we went sightseeing and were hardly at the hotel. They're very attentive to making sure nothing is missing from breakfast, constantly replenishing and cleaning. Cleanliness is a 10, customer service is a 10, rooms are a 10, service is a 10. I don't usually rate hotels, but in this case, it deserves it because of how good it is..."
