The guesthouse owner provided excellent service and was very helpful in resolving any issues. Even though I was traveling alone as a woman, I felt very safe and secure there.
The rooftop offers panoramic views of the Valley of the Kings. I ate breakfast there every morning, which was quite good and filling (it included flatbread, cheese, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, hummus, fries, fried beans, and black tea). The location was convenient, and I could easily book a ride using InDrive. There was also a water dispenser in the reception area on the first floor. Overall, the place was quite clean for Egypt, and for the price, it was excellent value.

Environment: Luxor West Bank is very cute and beautiful country villa, like a paradise, not far from the ferry terminal, may be more convenient for self-driving. There are beautiful murals and wall lights in the room
Service: The waiters are very enthusiastic, there is an old grandfather who is very good in English, the service is very meticulous and thoughtful, we bought watermelon in the market and he helped us squeeze juice for free. Later, he learned that he had worked in this hotel for 17 years.
Hygienic: very clean, the tile floor in the public area is bright and reflective, the sheets in the room are not ball-free, the towels are fluffy and clean, the water is a bit slow, but the impact is not big
Very nice hotel, we stayed for a total of four nights, and we can fight for $30 a night with the boss at the front desk. In the chat, I learned that this hotel was originally run by a pair of German wives and Egyptian husbands. In recent years, the boss took over. It is still operating with care. I recommend it to everyone. I also hope that the boss will continue to provide good service.

The hotel has a small courtyard, garden, swimming pool in the yard, the room is also very large, the garden can be seen on the balcony, and the balcony is very comfortable. Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast configured by the head, which is also ok. The boss will ask you what time to eat tomorrow morning the night before? The restaurant brother will wait at the agreed time. I stayed there for five days. In short, it is not bad, except for the poor Wi-Fi signal, the socket is two round holes, and it is very loose, many can not be used, breakfast is less than European and American cucumber, tomato, others are fine. Outside the courtyard is two worlds. The road at the door is not hardened. It is a main street for a few minutes. There are some snacks, a small fruit shop, and a sugarcane juice is very good. You can go to the pier to take a boat to the east bank, the main center is the east bank. Short stay is not recommended, after all, carrying luggage is quite tossing, time is sufficient, there is not much demand for Wi-Fi. You can rest here!

Every service staff is very nice, but it is really not recommended to live in the West Bank. The transportation here is very inconvenient. This homestay is in a desolate village. I was very scared on the way to the taxi. There was nothing around. I wanted to take a taxi to the port to take a boat, but no one took the order. I had to walk out. Many local villagers asked me along the way, but I didn't dare to talk to them. It was obviously different to take a boat to the East Bank. It was also very inconvenient to take a taxi back after the sun set at 5 o'clock. Many drivers were unwilling to cross the bridge and asked for a very high price. It is really not recommended to live in the West Bank. You need to go back very early, but in fact, the Nile River in Luxor is very lively at 11 o'clock at night

The hotel was rated 9.1 on *********** and marked as a five-star property. At the time, two nights were over 800 on Booking, but just over 700 on Ctrip, so I booked through Ctrip. Now, it's apparently only 170 per night!
Ctrip's three-star rating is more accurate; this is essentially a farmhouse in a village. It has a rooftop pool and is surrounded by palm trees, cows, sheep, and donkeys. Getting there is inconvenient. It took me an hour to find it from Luxor's East Bank, and the navigation route was even blocked by an excavator. I left the East Bank at 1:30 PM, found the place at 2:30 PM, and then couldn't find anyone at the front desk. I had to call for someone to come and check me in. The taxi the owner arranged for us cost $30. We got in at 3:30 PM and didn't arrive at Karnak Temple until 4:00 PM, which delayed my plans by over two hours. I only had an hour to visit the temple. I wanted to check out and get a refund that night, as I didn't want to stay there a second night, but the owner absolutely refused.
Taxi fares start at 100 EGP. Going to the East Bank starts at 200 EGP, and coming back at night costs 250-350 EGP. It would have been more comfortable to just find a small guesthouse on the East Bank. Both going out and coming back, drivers had a hard time finding the hotel's location.
The pros are the generous complimentary breakfast and the hot air balloon views. However, lunch and dinner are not cheap.

The hotel is located on the west bank of the Nile in Luxor, about a 300-meter walk from the public ferry terminal. The one-way crossing costs 20 Egyptian pounds per person. The triple room with river view includes a king-size bed and a single bed, and features a column. The room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with Nile views. It was a great value and very satisfying.

The hotel is about 500 meters from Luxor Temple, making it very convenient for transportation. It's close to attractions on both the East and West Banks. You can take the local Nile ferry between the banks for 25 EGP one way. The East Bank ferry terminal is about 1 km walk from the hotel. The room is quite spacious and kept clean with all the necessary amenities. The area outside the hotel is lively with many dining options. The front desk staff speak English well.

GGuest UserRested a few days in April 2026 to examine the Luxor sights.
The hotel is on the eastern bank of the Nile: On this side of the river there are more sights than on the west, so staying at the hotel on this side of the Nile seems a more advantageous solution. The hotel is in the bedroom area, so except for the Azana at any time of the day, nothing else is particularly disturbing the quiet rest.
Hotel and room were clean, fresh!
It is especially important to note the staff: The hotel is managed by young guys who try to please guests, so if you do not have anything you will not have when staying at the hotel - contact them!
I believe that Luxor as a whole and this hotel in particular will be suitable for both a 3-day stop to visit the sights of the place and a relaxed stay for a few days or a couple of weeks. There are good restaurants near the hotel. In the hotel itself, except for breakfast, I can't tell anything about the quality of lunch in the hotel.
Through the children ordered a flight on the ball, it came out much cheaper (the price to write will not be, you can ask Groka the lower bar price).
If I plan a chilly holiday in Luxor, I think I will stay in this hotel again.
Hotel managers wish business development!
DDadaojunlidaoyuan1. Close to the Valley of the Kings, with several attractions nearby.
2. Newly renovated.
3. My complaint is that the hotel was dishonest. I booked a 99-square-meter room but received a 30-square-meter room instead of a suite. Do they think Chinese people are easy to exploit? The hotel claimed I had the largest room, but I discovered the next morning at breakfast that there were definitely larger rooms upstairs. Breakfast was included, but there were no vegetables or fruits, only bread and fried eggs. After breakfast, the water and electricity were cut off – utterly ridiculous.
4. The navigation was inaccurate; Google Maps is more reliable if you go there yourself.
5. I must praise Ctrip; they resolved the issue promptly after I reported it. It was already 3 or 4 AM in China, and I was very touched by this.
The above is my honest review for your reference.
TTravelBHad a really great stay! The hotel is on the West Bank of Luxor which is really beautiful and is nice and quiet. It is close to the Valley of the Kings and also close to the nile which was super convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful! I forgot my phone charger and one of the staff members let me borrow one from them which I thought was so sweet. The staff were always around to help and were very accommodating. Ate at the hotel restaurant the whole trip and the food was really good. Fahd helped with all of the tours and getting a driver and really went above and beyond to make my trip amazing. The hotel has two pools and the rooftop has beautiful views of the valley and the hot air balloons in the morning. All in all I was very happy with my stay :)
GGuest UserIt looks good on the outside, but it's deceptive on the inside. There was a lot of hair on the bed, and there was no bedside table. You had to take a quick shower or the water would turn cold. There were power outages every now and then, and the wifi was terrible. The chartered car service for scenic spots provided by the hotel is very expensive and requires skill.
GGuest UserThis location, I really can’t compliment it. I feel like I’m in a slum. I wanted to go out for a walk, but many people came to say hello all the way. Although I was not offended, this feeling made me very scared. The whole environment outside is dirty. There is a small room like a stone in the hotel. Fortunately, the garden is really good. The space is very large. The main reason is that there are too few people. It is a little panic. Let alone the wireless network. The whole mobile phone has no signal. . The whole is very depressed. . It was messy outside and the room inside was too small. I really thought about fleeing all night...
The main location really scares me 😟
