The hotel is ideal. The main train station and the Sophie station are opposite. The staff is mega friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was great. A chic hotel bar is located above.

If you want to check in before 2pm, they want a 25 euro fee. Seems a bit excessive. The toilet in the room also made a refilling noise for over 15 minutes whenever flushed. That said, the room itself was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location too, very close to train and bus stops.

Wir hatten das Hotel für die Übernachtung vor unserer Kreuzfahrt aufgrund der sehr guten Lage ausgewählt. Und es war wirklich perfekt. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof und bis zum Cruise Terminal waren es 15 Minuten zu laufen. Und auch im Zentrum waren wir gleich. Gerne immer wieder 😊

I wanted to book the room directly at B&B via the Internet. It was an offer of over 75,- €/night with breakfast. When I wanted to book it was on the side that all the rooms are loaded. Then I have to book a room over partners (trip.com) for 116,- €/night without breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel, we wanted to have breakfast next morning. Since we did not book the hotel directly at B&B, the staff member wanted to No discount (10 %). Then our appetite was passed and we had a very good breakfast next morning.

I love Kiel Steigenberger Hotel! All fits perfectly, parking, breakfast (by far the best in Kiel), Room and Service. Been here many times. You can reach out by walk everything. Take the bigger rooms, like them more. Was there with Kids, and the spare sofa bed was also really high quality, not some cheap stuff.

The location is really good, close to Hauptbahnhof, you can reach it on foot, super convenient, next to the pier you can take a cruise to the beach

We stayed two nights in the hotel. The room was small and compact. Something dust in the area of the gardens. The bathroom was good, only the ventilation went after the light was shut off long. Maritim, a name known worldwide! this one very nice to the water, but the hotel for sure needs renovation of the rooms. Breakfast is very nice and also a nice pool inside. worst part was u get a room, with a kitchen, but all is missing in the kitchen.
