"Unfortunately, my 3-night stay was quite disappointing. The reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience less pleasant. The breakfast buffet was also a letdown. Despite staying for three nights, the selection was exactly the same every morning, with very limited variety. It felt rather common and repetitive, especially considering the price of the hotel. The room and overall hotel facilities also feel quite dated and would benefit from renovation and better maintenance. The amenities could definitely be improved as well. For the price paid to stay in Prague, I personally feel there are better options available. I would rather choose an international 4-star hotel from a recognised brand such as Hilton, where I would expect a better overall standard and value for money. Overall, the hotel has room for improvement in terms of service, breakfast variety, room condition and facilities."

"The location is good. Although it's not right in the city center, the tram makes it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers good value for money. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was very hot during my stay, and I had trouble sleeping on the first night. Still, I’m happy to give this hotel 5 stars because the staff were exceptional. Aiza was especially professional, patient, and genuinely kind—she is the main reason I decided to leave a 5-star review. Kanan and Dima were also very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Prague, and next time I'll make sure to try the restaurant Aiza recommended nearby! And I wish her all the best in her future!🍀💐😊"

"Stayed here for one night, no issues,. Room was perfectly adequate for three of us, a little out of the way from the train station but easily accessible via tram. Breakfast was continental. All good."

"Great locations as only a 5-10 minute drive from the train station depending on the traffic. The receptionist was so lovely and instantly made me feel welcome. There was a breakfast included in the morning with great options of local pastries, cheeses and breads as well as many meat options for any meat eaters (I’m a vegetarian) would stay here again and recommend!"

"The hotel looks old. The room is small and I have a rather big suitcase which made things harder. There are no hooks or whatever in the bathroom for you to hang your towels. There’s a smell in the hotel lobby and the room and I don’t know if it’s a bad smell or a really bad perfume. The heater can be stronger and the water can be hotter too, IMO. Provided: fridge, TV, WiFi, hangers, safe, microwave, kettle. As a female traveller, I’m also surprised that this hotel provided cotton pads (those for removing makeup) in the bathroom, I think it’s the first hotel I’ve seen that does this. I stored my luggage when I checked out, it’s just a room that’s not locked, but there is a safe and a sign that says for valuables like laptop and camera you can contact the staff. Breakfast buffet was alright, not too many options. Close to a tram station so you can easily go anywhere. Considering its price and the fact that breakfast is included, this is a good budget hotel, and I wouldn’t complain too much."

"Although it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, there's a bus stop nearby, so it wasn't too inconvenient. The room, including the bathroom, was spacious with a bathtub, and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast also had more variety than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise."

"Mixed feelings during this stay: Pro: - Great location if you travel by train, just footsteps from central station and old town - The entrance and lobby are beautiful - Frontdesk acts really good an efficient on problems during the stay, was wonderful! Cons during stay: - The first room had problem with airco, room temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. We got instant another room so was managed very quickly. - The shower wall was leaking so when showering the bathroom floor was completely wet - Cleaning was “so/so”, bathroom floor was never cleaned and second day forgot towels and toilet paper. Towels had stripes and holes in it. - Bread at breakfast had bake off breadrolls which they did not proper bake-off so the are white and very dry. If you are a bread lover I recommend not to add breakfast and dine at the lovely bakeries. So mixed feelings with the stay. Had a quite comfortable stay but for the price we paid we had to many difficulties."

"Very good location with plenty of cute cafes and restaurants around. Decent selection for breakfast. Our room was very spacious and clean. Amenities were topped up daily Housekeeping do go around at 9-10 which is quite early for us, so if you don't want to be disturbed until late morning, then please put the sign up"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the tram stop. The hotel's facilities and exterior are also great. However, once inside the room, it was a bit disappointing; the bedding was quite firm."

"Self check in. Good security. Friendly staff. Good vibe aparthotel. Clean n spacious room. Good AC. Complete with kitchenette, tools n essential condiments. Clean n fresh towels. Only shampoo provided. No toiletries kit available. Too soft Pillows. No daily housekeeping for less than 7days stay. New towels upon request. A washing machine only with detergent provided. Hanging rack n 8 pcs of hanger provided. Able to dry clothes in the balcony. About 40 mins car ride from airport during peak hours. 20 mins walk to old town Metro station abt 7mins walk. Many F&B n Asian food outlets n mini marts here. Had a great stay here"
