"The location is right at the beginning of Prague Castle and 2 minutes from the tram Stayed in a room with a nice view with a really clean, spacious bathroom and sunny sunset. "Stayed at the Accor Mozart in Prague, a blend of historical charm and warm service! It had everything—slippers, air conditioning, you name it, except for toothpaste and toothbrushes [giggle, giggle]. The location is unbeatable~ I've fallen in love with Prague; it was a dream come true. Great food, fun activities, beautiful photo ops, and friendly people; it felt quite safe too. The Accor Mozart's location is especially good; Charles Bridge is just 100-200 meters across the street. The hotel itself is a protected historic building. The front desk staff were super kind and friendly, and the elderly concierge was very talkative and wonderful. Old Town Square is also within walking distance. The colorful, winding alleys behind the hotel are beautiful, and many trendy spots are nearby. Check-in isn't until 3 PM, which was the only hotel on this European trip that didn't let us get our room immediately upon arrival. The courtyard is beautiful, and so is the entrance."

"Centrally situated within 5 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge/Vltava River, and 15 minutes from Prague Castle. Trams at doorstep. All staff were consistently friendly and helpful especially at reception. Some points to note: * Most apartments face an inner 5 storey courtyard, and sound travels upwards to apartments from diners at the courtyard restaurant (open all day) as well as from the balconies of neighboring apartments - this includes cigarette smoke - which may require the balcony doors to be closed for greater privacy. * Noise is easily transmitted between apartments, conversations from neighboring guests. * There is no elevator - staff offer assistance, but something to be aware of if you have a lot of luggage or very heavy luggage * Curtains in the apartment are not blackout, I had to wear eyeshades. The provision of kitchenettes and clothes washing facilities in each apartment made it very convenient - simply request detergent and a drying rack from reception. Very good value for the price paid but a word of caution to those who are sensitive to noise."
