Amazing
PPengskyThe hotel room was very spacious. However, they assigned us a disabled-access room even though we hadn't requested a special room type. This meant the bathroom facilities were all quite low, which was a bit inconvenient. The service attitude was decent, but considering the price, it offered reasonable value for money. The breakfast was okay; nothing particularly special but clean. The overall environment and infrastructure were good, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

GGuest UserOn our wonderful 8-days-trip to Czech Republic we (couple, 50 years old, two children at age of 14/16) spent the last four days in Prague. When checking in at the hotel around 9 p.m. we noticed that we have got the wrong room (1 king-size bed and 1 sofa bed instead of (explicitly booked and already paid) room with 1 king-size bed and a separate room with 2 single beds), so we informed the reception desk. The stuff was very friendly and although not being able to offer us the correct room for the first night already, we were able to switch room early next morning and got free breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was very good and rich (bread, bread rolls, toast, scrambled and boiled eggs, classical cold cuts, grilled vegetables and sausages, fruit, yogurt, cake, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, cereals, etc.). Therefore we decided to choose the breakfast option also on our final day before check-out. BTW, the area, where breakfast was served (until 11 a.m.), belongs to ”Fat Cat Burgers & Craft Beer”, which made a nice impression and was well-visited past noon. The rooms and bath were clean and although the rooms and the inventory might need a little refreshment on the one hand, the old windows and carpet fit to the historic center, where the hotel is located on the other hand. The location itself was ideal for starting tours to the old town by foot and enjoying night life. Next tram stop was appr. a 7-minutes-walk away, next metro stop appr. 10 minutes away. The room with the king size bed contained a LED-TV and was orientated to pedestrian street, but although night life just happens a few feet away, the old windows (two windows in a row) filter much of the noise. The other room with the two single beds was very calm and located between the formerly mentioned room and the hallway. Its windows were orientated to hallway and could not be regularly opened, which made airing this room out a little bit difficult. Each apartment contains its own WLAN-router, which had to plug in on our own as noticed on arrival, but then we had perfect signal and fast internet access. A tip for those arriving by car: You cannot reach the hotel by car, because it is located in a pedestrian zone consisting of many pubs and bistros with outdoor seating. Finding a parking slot nearby is not easy, due to most part of the surrounding streets are reserved for residential parking only and you either have to pay the parking slot by app (virtual parking ticket machine only) or choose a slot in more distant streets where you can also buy a ticket at a physical parking ticket machine. Therefore I dropped my wife and children as near as possible to the hotel (2-minutes-walk) and parked our car in one of the suburban P+R-areas - I chose ”P+R Skalka II” with contains a camera system and costs 50 CZK for the first 24hours and then 10 CZK per hour, which is (in June 2025), which is very cheap compared to parking your car in one of the central car parks). Conclusion: A very nice place with friendly stuff and a good breakfast. If you do not mind walking a little bit with your luggage and if you like enjoying city/night life in Prague, this hotel is a very good option. I would always recommend this hotel for those who are a good walkers.

GGuest UserThe room was really nice, with decent layout and a studio concept, with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, room amenities were great. There were 2 main problems though 1. The code seemed to take a while to activate, so it did not necessarily work at 3pm on the dot, 2. The room was either really dry or slightly dusty as my partner and I started to get stuffy noses and general breathing issues after just a nap in the room, which was slightly disappointing as we really loved the room:(

RrymahabibThe hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.

GGuest UserThis hotel's location is its strongest point - its a single tram ride to the Old town or the main train station. It does go down-hill from this point on. The weakest point of this hotel is the staff. The receptionist (fair hair, glasses, on duty afternoon 25/09/25 and morning 26/09/25) was positively rude, and it marred the whole experience of the stay in this hotel. When I enquired about the breakfast options (continental vs. cooked) the reply I got was: 'explain the difference'. When I asked about the tram number to the Old town's main square, the reply was ' you have to read the signs on the tram stop'. When I asked to put the suitcase in the storeroom, a very stern (if not aggressive): 'you bring me the key back immediately' was hurled at me... During the 24 hour stay, there wasn't a single person (reception/catering/housekeeping staff) who smiled and/or made you feel welcome. Similar feedbacks have been posted previously, and obviously nothing nothing has changed, so please be prepared for the similar treatment. The breakfast experience was awful. The photos are misleading, the drawing posters are no longer on the wall and the room feels cold and unwelcoming. At 9 AM finding a free table was a challenge, and I witnessed people sharing large tables put together, instead of single tables being provided. You get your drinks from one room and food from the other - in the meantime, someone else has taken your table. The plates provided were a joke, dessert plates of 10 cm in size, so as to make people get up and refill from buffet! Scramble egg tray (just about the only edible food) was empty at the peak time (9 AM). This situation could've been easily avoided with a bit of communication between the reception and the kitchen, in terms of guest numbers. WIFI was just about adequate. Overall, really unpleasant experience and they will not be getting my custom again. Advice: pay few Euros more and book elsewhere!

流浪嗜酒師Sammi帶你上路It was super nice that they let me check in early. I got there by noon, but they let me in. it was OK, the curtain is not really doing his job, but for its price I find it very acceptable. The kitchen is cute, don’t really have a wine opener, but the facility is decent enough. I only saw one shower and two toilet to share for the entire floor, but surprisingly was never a queue, rather decent.

PPTRTerraThe room is particularly clean, the facilities are complete, the room size is right, the hotel environment is very good, there is a fountain at the door, there are many cherry trees in the small park not far away, unattended, there are bars, billiard halls, swimming pools, restaurants, etc., parking lot is also quite good. Traffic needs to walk a few hundred meters to the main road to have trams, buses.
