"First off, Factory Suites was in a pretty good location, close to the center. It was about an 18-minute walk to the bus terminal and 30 minutes to the city center. Even though we arrived early, they allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. The room also had a refrigerator. When we asked the staff for slippers, they didn't refuse, but I think slippers should be standard, not something you have to ask for. Overall, I was happy with the room's cleanliness, but unfortunately, when I unfolded a stacked towel, I found a clump of hair. The staff really needs to be more careful about this. Other than that, there are convenience stores open late around the hotel. Aside from the hair incident, I didn't encounter any other issues."

"This was my first time staying in a hostel, and this blind pick turned out to be pretty good! It was a six-person dorm with individual beds, and it even had its own private bathroom and shower, which was a nice touch. The environment was decent. The front desk guy was also really enthusiastic and always helped resolve any issues promptly! The location is a bit far from the center of Prague, but public transport is very convenient; it takes about twenty minutes by tram to reach various attractions, so I'd still recommend it!"

"The boat is very stable, the place is not very easy to find. Don't cook the house price on the inside, the water is stinky. The Voltava River itself is not very clean, and it is far from the city to drive."

"The location is perfect, being very close to both the central station and the old town. The breakfast was excellent, the bed was highly comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. However, the room itself was extremely tiny, making it difficult to move around easily. There was no table, and the TV was poorly positioned, so we kept bumping into it. The bathroom, while clean, was also very cramped. Overall, it is a good place to stay, but I highly recommend booking a larger room category ."

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to the tram station, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Žižkov Television Tower. The hotel itself is quite large, and the facilities are decent, though a bit dated. The breakfast spread is extensive, but as it's purely Western-style, it might not suit Chinese palates."

"All of the staff were amazing attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A special shout-out to Mary and Michael, who both went above and beyond for us. Mary, thank you for recommending Holesovicka Sedma for food it was so good we went back 3–4 times for dinner! And Michael, thank you for suggesting we use the back way into the castle. My mobility was really poor that day, and that advice helped me so much. The rooms were clean, and the overall vibe of the hotel was young, vibrant, and very chilled. Just a quick note for future guests: you need to request a kettle, and there is a refundable deposit for it. I only have one complaint, and I’m not sure if the person involved was security or the bar manager. On one of our last nights, there was an event happening in the bar, and we weren’t told in advance that hotel guests wouldn’t be allowed in for a drink. This was disappointing, as we’d had such a great stay and simply wanted one final drink at the bar. Unfortunately, the way this individual spoke to us was rude and dismissive. I apologised, but his attitude made me feel uncomfortable. We will be back 😄"

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others visiting Prague."

"Because I had to go to the nearby art museum for business, I chose this hotel. When I first booked, the price was relatively flat. As I got more and more connected to the days of the  near the art museum, the price began to be expensive , but the overall is not bad."
