This was the best hotel of my entire Europe trip! The facilities were top-notch, super clean, and tastefully designed. I loved how well the space was utilized and the thoughtful details in the room. The service was excellent, and the breakfast selection was great. I genuinely enjoyed my stay! The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transport and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend! I rarely write reviews, but this hotel really gave me some hope for good value accommodations in Europe.

⸻ Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations. I booked a Deluxe Double Room, but in reality, the room was very small, old, and nothing like the photos shown on the website. The furniture looked worn out and the overall impression was disappointing. The only positive aspect was the convenient location. In my opinion, the price does not match the quality

The hotel has a good location and a good surrounding environment. It is very quiet and close to the tram station. It is only more than ten minutes' walk from a bus station in Prague. The room is large and the facilities are also very good. There is a kettle. The service attitude of the brother and sister at the front desk is very good. They always help me solve my problems in a timely and excellent manner. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich, with many varieties and good taste. If I go to Prague in the future, I will choose Pet Hotel again. It is really worth recommending!

Very good location, The rooms that give the counter are quite uncomfortable given the constant noise of air extractors that are lit every time during the 24 h making night rest a difficult task for more than the windows with Double isolation this closed noise is more than annoying, we asked for a change of room and we passed to another that gives the front that inside everything had the noise of the street but night was acceptable, What we couldn't bear and we had to use deodorants is the very strong and unpleasant smell that was in the room.

Clean, quiet, and air-conditioned. I stayed in August, and it was hot, but I extended my stay because of the AC. Most other hostels don't offer air conditioning, especially in a central location close to the shopping street. It's about a 14-minute walk from the square, and the area is excellent. It's not very social; they offer weekend activities, but there aren't really any actual activities. They sometimes lower or turn off the AC, which means you have to go down and tell them to turn it on, which is very annoying. There are also very few bathrooms compared to the number of residents. Overall, it's suitable for anyone looking for cleanliness, quiet, and air conditioning during the summer months.

The breakfast was great! They had ham, cheese, sausage, milk, plant-based milk, orange juice, apple juice, bread, eggs, and more. I was so full in the morning that I didn't get hungry until noon. There are several supermarkets within 500 meters if you need to buy anything. It's about a 20-minute walk to Old Town Square, and they offer free luggage storage. The hotel has air conditioning, which is much better than Paris! The only downside is that the double bed in my room was made up of two single mattresses pushed together, which isn't ideal for a solo traveler.

Facilities: A small apartment with all the amenities. The microwave was a plus, perfect for a solo trip. Full marks! Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues at all. Full marks! Location: Right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk to the train station, with metro and tram stops nearby. Full marks! Service: Self check-in, no direct service. You can navigate everything in German (or use your phone for real-time English translation).

Everything was good, I just didn't like having to change buildings for check-in and go to the room, and then do the same for breakfast. The room lacks power outlets for charging electronic devices. Clean, but I didn't like the pillows. The staff was generally unwelcoming. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a little more.

The breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.

It is a decent place to stay but the facilities might be modest, but considering the price they offered, it is still worthy compared to others hostel, it is located in the within the city area, walking distance from a commercial centre called Quadrio, overall quite satisfied with the stay.
