"Unfortunately, my 3-night stay was quite disappointing. The reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience less pleasant.
The breakfast buffet was also a letdown. Despite staying for three nights, the selection was exactly the same every morning, with very limited variety. It felt rather common and repetitive, especially considering the price of the hotel.
The room and overall hotel facilities also feel quite dated and would benefit from renovation and better maintenance. The amenities could definitely be improved as well.
For the price paid to stay in Prague, I personally feel there are better options available. I would rather choose an international 4-star hotel from a recognised brand such as Hilton, where I would expect a better overall standard and value for money.
Overall, the hotel has room for improvement in terms of service, breakfast variety, room condition and facilities."

"The location is good. Although it's not right in the city center, the tram makes it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers good value for money.
The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was very hot during my stay, and I had trouble sleeping on the first night.
Still, I’m happy to give this hotel 5 stars because the staff were exceptional. Aiza was especially professional, patient, and genuinely kind—she is the main reason I decided to leave a 5-star review. Kanan and Dima were also very helpful and welcoming.
I would definitely stay here again if I return to Prague, and next time I'll make sure to try the restaurant Aiza recommended nearby! And I wish her all the best in her future!🍀💐😊"

"This hotel has that classic 'old money' vibe, much like the Grand Budapest Hotel with its symmetrical architecture. It's massive, feels like hundreds of rooms. The downside is the 'square with an open center' layout, which meant our room was incredibly far from the elevator – it felt like a five-minute walk just to get there from our door.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the omelets were particularly good. The person in charge at the breakfast entrance seemed to be training an intern. When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk. I explained we were very short on time, and he handled it expertly in front of the intern. He had the intern seat us in a spot that wouldn't obstruct other guests – that was really good.
However, the hotel slippers were terrible; they were so flimsy they tore after just one day. They felt incredibly cheap and completely out of line with the Hilton brand.
Overall, the hotel feels very solid and reliable, with excellent basic amenities. It's grand and a good choice for a trip."

"Mixed feelings during this stay:
Pro:
- Great location if you travel by train, just footsteps from central station and old town
- The entrance and lobby are beautiful
- Frontdesk acts really good an efficient on problems during the stay, was wonderful!
Cons during stay:
- The first room had problem with airco, room temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. We got instant another room so was managed very quickly.
- The shower wall was leaking so when showering the bathroom floor was completely wet
- Cleaning was “so/so”, bathroom floor was never cleaned and second day forgot towels and toilet paper. Towels had stripes and holes in it.
- Bread at breakfast had bake off breadrolls which they did not proper bake-off so the are white and very dry. If you are a bread lover I recommend not to add breakfast and dine at the lovely bakeries.
So mixed feelings with the stay. Had a quite comfortable stay but for the price we paid we had to many difficulties."

"The hotel entrance is very small. The driver took me around twice but couldn't find it. I got off near the navigation and dragged my suitcase for three to five minutes to find it.
The elevator is very small and old, and can only accommodate 2 or 3 people.
The room is very large and spacious, with a separate toilet and bathroom, but it is shared with the next room.
Every time I go in and out of the toilet, I have to bring the key and necessities. I don't go out at night, for fear of bumping into the people in the next room."

Our room was very spacious and clean. Amenities were topped up daily
Housekeeping do go around at 9-10 which is quite early for us, so if you don't want to be disturbed until late morning, then please put the sign up"

"Although it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, there's a bus stop nearby, so it wasn't too inconvenient. The room, including the bathroom, was spacious with a bathtub, and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast also had more variety than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise."

"The facilities at this hotel are quite basic. The hallways have a school-like decor. There's no refrigerator, but there is air conditioning and a hairdryer. It's about an 8-10 minute walk to the bus stop. If you have large luggage, you'll need to watch out for the cobblestone paths on both sides of the road to avoid difficult dragging."

GGuest UserExcellent location if you're going to a concert at the O2 Arena, which is right across from the hotel. A beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, and a breakfast with a wide selection. I recommend it 100%, and we'd love to come back. It must be even better in the summer since the the hotel is shaped like a coliseum and has a beautiful garden terrace inside.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very well located, just turn a corner and you will reach the Old Town Square and Astronomical clock. Just downstairs you will have shops open late for food, souvenirs etc. If getting a car to drop you off, it is a few minutes walk down the road to a zebra crossing. Upon check in, we were delighted and surprised to find the hotel had left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate almonds as we told them we just got married and were on our honeymoon. Hotel staff was pretty friendly and they kindly let us store our luggage at no additional cost before our bus when we checked out. The breakfast was okay but we felt it was a little overpriced. There is a bar attached to the hotel called Fat Cat but the food and drinks were quite expensive so we never dined there. The room itself was a bit dark but satisfactory. Beware of the wooden beams if you are tall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

ZZhuyuxixiThe hotel has a good location and a good surrounding environment. It is very quiet and close to the tram station. It is only more than ten minutes' walk from a bus station in Prague. The room is large and the facilities are also very good. There is a kettle. The service attitude of the brother and sister at the front desk is very good. They always help me solve my problems in a timely and excellent manner. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich, with many varieties and good taste. If I go to Prague in the future, I will choose Pet Hotel again. It is really worth recommending!

EspositoVery good location, The rooms that give the counter are quite uncomfortable given the constant noise of air extractors that are lit every time during the 24 h making night rest a difficult task for more than the windows with Double isolation this closed noise is more than annoying, we asked for a change of room and we passed to another that gives the front that inside everything had the noise of the street but night was acceptable, What we couldn't bear and we had to use deodorants is the very strong and unpleasant smell that was in the room.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay. I spent 7 nights in the female dormitory. The air conditioning worked properly. The shower and toilet in the room were always clean. The common shower rooms were a bit cluttered with towels and toothbrushes left behind, but they weren't dirty. The common toilets were clean. It was helpful to be able to use the common facilities early in the morning and late at night. Also, the kitchen is open 24 hours, so you can freely leave early in the morning or drink chilled beverages that you bought late at night. I had my sheets changed once. Please note that the housekeeper handles the changes, so you can only request it in the morning. I don't understand much English, but it seemed like they explained that changes are only possible for stays of 4 nights or more. The bed frame had a gap along the length where the mattress didn't completely fill it (about 10-15 cm, I'd guess). This was very convenient for organizing small everyday items. I definitely recommend this hostel.

GGuest UserThis hotel's location is its strongest point - its a single tram ride to the Old town or the main train station. It does go down-hill from this point on.
The weakest point of this hotel is the staff. The receptionist (fair hair, glasses, on duty afternoon 25/09/25 and morning 26/09/25) was positively rude, and it marred the whole experience of the stay in this hotel. When I enquired about the breakfast options (continental vs. cooked) the reply I got was: 'explain the difference'. When I asked about the tram number to the Old town's main square, the reply was ' you have to read the signs on the tram stop'. When I asked to put the suitcase in the storeroom, a very stern (if not aggressive): 'you bring me the key back immediately' was hurled at me... During the 24 hour stay, there wasn't a single person (reception/catering/housekeeping staff) who smiled and/or made you feel welcome. Similar feedbacks have been posted previously, and obviously nothing nothing has changed, so please be prepared for the similar treatment.
The breakfast experience was awful. The photos are misleading, the drawing posters are no longer on the wall and the room feels cold and unwelcoming. At 9 AM finding a free table was a challenge, and I witnessed people sharing large tables put together, instead of single tables being provided. You get your drinks from one room and food from the other - in the meantime, someone else has taken your table. The plates provided were a joke, dessert plates of 10 cm in size, so as to make people get up and refill from buffet!
Scramble egg tray (just about the only edible food) was empty at the peak time (9 AM). This situation could've been easily avoided with a bit of communication between the reception and the kitchen, in terms of guest numbers.
WIFI was just about adequate.
Overall, really unpleasant experience and they will not be getting my custom again. Advice: pay few Euros more and book elsewhere!

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.

TTing StewartIt is a decent place to stay but the facilities might be modest, but considering the price they offered, it is still worthy compared to others hostel, it is located in the within the city area, walking distance from a commercial centre called Quadrio, overall quite satisfied with the stay.
