"Mixed feelings during this stay: Pro: - Great location if you travel by train, just footsteps from central station and old town - The entrance and lobby are beautiful - Frontdesk acts really good an efficient on problems during the stay, was wonderful! Cons during stay: - The first room had problem with airco, room temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. We got instant another room so was managed very quickly. - The shower wall was leaking so when showering the bathroom floor was completely wet - Cleaning was “so/so”, bathroom floor was never cleaned and second day forgot towels and toilet paper. Towels had stripes and holes in it. - Bread at breakfast had bake off breadrolls which they did not proper bake-off so the are white and very dry. If you are a bread lover I recommend not to add breakfast and dine at the lovely bakeries. So mixed feelings with the stay. Had a quite comfortable stay but for the price we paid we had to many difficulties."

"Very nice surprise, especially for a first time in Prague. Cheaper during the week, ideal for a family or 2,3 friends, view of the Ministry of the Interior but 2 minutes from the tram and a very beautiful park with incredible views of the whole city. Just missing a coffee maker to be perfect. And the very friendly owner speaks English and French. I loved it."

"very nice location within the embassy area of prague with a high park just 3 min away for our dog. To the next tram and metro station around 7-9 min by walk and in just 3 stations you are already in the tourist area. We were happy to stay here a little away from the whole busy tourists. The room we stayed was quite big, with two single beds and one sofa. However the bed was too soft for me… that‘s the only thing"

"Very good location with plenty of cute cafes and restaurants around. Decent selection for breakfast. Our room was very spacious and clean. Amenities were topped up daily Housekeeping do go around at 9-10 which is quite early for us, so if you don't want to be disturbed until late morning, then please put the sign up"

"I was very satisfied with my stay. I spent 7 nights in the female dormitory. The air conditioning worked properly. The shower and toilet in the room were always clean. The common shower rooms were a bit cluttered with towels and toothbrushes left behind, but they weren't dirty. The common toilets were clean. It was helpful to be able to use the common facilities early in the morning and late at night. Also, the kitchen is open 24 hours, so you can freely leave early in the morning or drink chilled beverages that you bought late at night. I had my sheets changed once. Please note that the housekeeper handles the changes, so you can only request it in the morning. I don't understand much English, but it seemed like they explained that changes are only possible for stays of 4 nights or more. The bed frame had a gap along the length where the mattress didn't completely fill it (about 10-15 cm, I'd guess). This was very convenient for organizing small everyday items. I definitely recommend this hostel."

"The hotel location was excellent. Right In the heart of the city but also far away from any noise. Hotel was spotless, shining floors, rooms and bathroom. Very comfy bed and morning coffee was excellent( we made in the room) The owner, George was very helpful and kind. Overall very satisfied and if ever will go back defenetely Will choose YOUNGMANN HOUSE"

"The room was sensational. I booked the Royal Suite. I could not fault the service from start to finish. The location is excellent and I would highly recommend the hotel. The Royal Suite has 2 bedrooms an a large bathroom with bath."
