CCharlene teeLove the room, clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room is exactly what you seen on trip.com/hotel site. Water dispensers x2 on the floor, mine was level 9. Complimentary chips and drinks. Accessing to the place via HSR, whereby have to navigate the luggages through the stone roads of Gloria Outlet posed slight challenge. Signs in Gloria outlet is a bit lacking after exited from HSR station. Nearby hotel has lots of restaurants and eateries, and food court in landmark mall or in Gloria outlet. And the link bridge between Gloria outlet and Landmark mall/hotel opens 11am, so have to watch out on this should you have an earlier plane or journey to make. I have a picture of how they worked out, so hope is helpful.

GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Taoyuan Airport. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers with early flights or transit stays, as it is close to the airport and easy to access.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long trip. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the service by the hotel staff was professional and they responded fast to our requests. For example, when I called and asked for a change of towel, under two minutes, the staff delivering the new towel pressed the door bell and she also apologised for the inconvenience. I was shocked by her speed, as if she was living in the room near me. The food was also one of the highlights. They have both international and local cuisine and the food and coffee was very delicious! The only inconvenience was the location as it is quite far from HSR stations and the free shuttle ended at 4.30pm. Hope CP Hotel can consider extending the free shuttle to 9pm.

LLiu Yin ChenSuch a charming room! My kids loved it! We'll definitely come back again! Every corner was adorable and very comfortable. It's really convenient, close to the HSR (High-Speed Rail) and Gloria Outlets. Plus, breakfast from a local eatery is included!

We brought our kids, expecting a peaceful night's sleep after some singing, but it turned out everyone else was here to party! I'm literally typing this because the noise is keeping me wide awake.
If you're going to accommodate party-goers, couldn't you at least inform family guests like us that it might be noisy until the early hours? Forget about noise control!
As I'm typing this, it's 3:30 AM, and next door, they're not just singing but also running around wildly, with heavy bass and thumping footsteps. I genuinely thought that if they accept regular overnight guests like us, they'd have confident soundproofing!
Please just tell everyone directly: parties are welcome, but if you want to sleep, don't bother coming! This is no place for a peaceful night's rest! This is how I felt at 3 AM.
P.S. After calling to complain around 3 AM, they actually managed to resolve the situation successfully. It quieted down within half an hour. That was impressive!
Then, after waking up at 10 AM, we went for breakfast. There were three main course options: steak, large prawns, and an omelet. All three were delicious! 👏 The steak, in particular, was restaurant quality!
The buffet's beef soup was tasty, and although the selection wasn't huge, everything was to our liking! The jar salads were especially appealing.
There was a nice interlude: a manager came to apologize for the poor sleep quality last night and offered us a complimentary chef's dessert. We truly felt the high standard of service! Thumbs up! 👍
The main thing is: my kids said they slept wonderfully last night and the bed was super comfortable. My wife said that even though she heard some noise, she also slept very comfortably! It just goes to show how excellent the beds are. ☺️
As a result, my children insisted we give it 5 stars because they slept well, ate well, and had so much fun singing! 🥳 So, it went from a one-star experience to a five-star one! ☺️
This level of service truly transformed what could have been an unpleasant experience into a comfortable one. It's truly exceptional!

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are excellent and well-maintained, very clean, and I'm extremely satisfied. The breakfast was also fantastic, especially the fruit, and the braised beef was a highlight. My husband said we'll definitely be back next time.

CCharleeeI arrived late and left early, the hotel was clean and had everything you needed for an overnight transit stay. The man at reception could have been a bit friendlier though.
Also there was a very loud running water sound that lasted all night, I think either the plumbing or AC upstairs was making a strange noise. But after a while I didn’t notice the noise.
The hotel helped me book a taxi back to the airport which was 200 TWD. It’s very close to the airport, it took 3 minutes by car in the morning.
I didn’t try the breakfast.

JJodieGThe staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified. 
CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep.
Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable.
Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it.
Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore!
Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but...
PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished. 
I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese.
