From the moment I walked in, I had a great feeling about this place. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and efficient, and they were quick to respond to any questions. The hotel environment is elegant, and the common areas are clean and spacious. My room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless, and there was absolutely no strange odor. The mattress was just right in terms of firmness, and the pillows were comfortable, making for a truly restful sleep after a long day of travel. The bathroom facilities worked well, and the hot water came quickly. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It's perfect for both leisure and business trips. It's already on my list of preferred accommodations, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. I highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is fantastic; Wenshu Monastery is right outside the door if you turn left. We visited during a holiday, and there was no queue to enter the monastery from this side. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the environment is elegant – a quiet oasis in a bustling area. The bedding was so soft I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. Breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee brewed by the owner was delicious. The staff were warm and the service was attentive. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Chengdu.

Pros: Very comfortable stay. I loved having a sofa to lounge on, a table to eat at while charging my devices, and a conveniently located luggage rack. The rain shower had excellent water pressure. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer and an iron, which was a nice touch. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were beautiful. The air conditioning was perfectly set and didn't need any adjustments – it's great how new everything felt. Cons: Having to switch elevators to get to the room was a minor inconvenience, but the hotel entrance and the building are separate, unlike some high-rise hotels where you might run into tourists, so I guess it's acceptable. The delivery robot was incredibly slow; it took longer than if the delivery driver had come directly to the hotel. Also, despite being on a high floor, there wasn't much of a view yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing the city develop in the future.

I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

The courtyard's flowing water and guzheng music offer an immersive experience of Chengdu's slow pace of life. Kuanzhai Alley is just a few steps away, perfect for both sightseeing and dining. The room is clean and comfortable, and the smart room features provide an excellent experience. The service is attentive and heartwarming. If you're visiting Chengdu and looking for quiet yet convenient accommodation, this hotel is an excellent choice.

This stay was great! The front desk lady was very friendly and check-in was quick. She patiently answered all our questions. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. For example, the shower and toilet are in the same area within the bathroom, with no separation. This means if someone is using the toilet, no one can shower, and vice-versa. 2. **Misleading Advertising**: Figures 1 and 2 in the hotel's promotional images, which are crucial for customers before booking, are completely different from what you see upon entering the room (as shown in the last three pictures). I'd like to ask the hotel management: where is the bathtub from your promotional photos? It's turned into a concrete basin, and it's incredibly dirty inside. There was no prior notification upon check-in – it's a complete mismatch from what was advertised. 3. **Hazardous Staircase**: The stairs in the room are extremely steep. You have to be very careful going up, and when going down, you *must* descend backward as per the hotel's instructions, because it's impossible to go down facing forward without falling. 4. **No Internal Elevator**: The hotel doesn't have its own internal elevator, and the staircases within the hotel are also very steep, making it genuinely difficult to carry luggage upstairs. ## Hygiene: The overall hygiene in the room is acceptable. The wooden floor on the second level is clean, but that dirty carpet really shouldn't be there. ## Environment: The hotel has been converted from a two-story commercial building. It's not noisy at night and is conveniently located within walking distance of the ancient city's snack street, Nanqiao Bridge, and the subway station. ## Service: Service is just okay. After checking in, they provide some guide articles about nearby attractions and restaurants, but that's about it.

On a long family road trip, I personally prefer staying in a five-star hotel. They tend to be more reliable than those 'five-diamond' rated hotels you find online. While these hotels might have older facilities due to their age, the hygiene, service, and food are consistently excellent! The price also isn't overly expensive, offering good value for money. Just a small suggestion: the breakfast could offer a wider variety of Chinese dishes; the stir-fried large chunks of carrots were quite disappointing!
