The room was clean and tidy with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the deep-sleep pillow perfectly cradled my neck. The soundproofing was also very good. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the late-night congee was a comforting touch. The lobby had a wonderful scholarly atmosphere, and the attention to detail throughout was impressive. Overall, it was a comfortable and cozy experience with great value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The apartment's high-rise location provided an amazing view, and the city nightscape at dusk was absolutely stunning, perfect for photos and enjoying the scenery – truly relaxing and therapeutic. My only slight regret is that my schedule was tight and time was limited, so I couldn't experience the special pool facilities, which was a bit of a shame. Allen and Glitter at the front desk provided thoughtful and attentive service, making my entire check-in process pleasant and hassle-free. It offers excellent value for money. My overall stay was exceptionally good, and I highly recommend it! Next time I visit, I'll definitely set aside time to fully enjoy the pool and choose to stay here again.

Facilities: This is an IHG lifestyle brand, and the hotel is newly updated and opened, with a very British style. All the facilities are brand new, and the stay was very comfortable. Environment: Downstairs is Poly Time, which is considered a commercial hub in the southern part of the city, with plenty of dining options. Service: Excellent! They called in advance to ask about my arrival time. The bed was too soft, and the hotel staff immediately arranged for housekeeping to remove the mattress topper. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the staff were very enthusiastic about preparing coffee for me. I was in a hurry for work, so I didn't have time to take photos of the room or more. Overall, it was fantastic and highly recommended.

The hotel's location is super convenient, perfect for anyone visiting Chengdu who wants a quiet and comfortable environment. Since I've been to Chengdu so many times, I wasn't really looking to visit any sights, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel is right above the Poly commercial complex, and nearby there's also the Tiexiang Temple Water Street and Dayuan. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Somerset Hotel, an Ascott property, truly lives up to its reliable brand name. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and fully equipped, with spotlessly clean linens. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was quick and efficient. The service was impeccable. Overall, a fantastic experience. Even though this trip was rushed, I still managed to savor Chongqing noodles, other local dry pot dishes, and ordered takeout – I made sure not to miss out on the good food!

The hotel's amenities are truly solid. The Sealy mattress is just right – not too soft, not too hard – and I slept incredibly well. My back and waist felt great the next morning. The shower has excellent water pressure, and the hot water comes out quickly and stays at a stable temperature, making for a really refreshing shower experience. The hairdryer is a Laifen, which is powerful and works wonderfully. Both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi signal are stable, so working or streaming shows was a breeze. Plus, they have delivery robots that take the elevator by themselves, which is super convenient for ordering food delivery. As for public facilities, the gym is well-equipped and completely free, and the laundry room with dryers is also free to use. Even parking doesn't cost a thing. For this price point, getting these kinds of amenities offers fantastic value for money.

I've always been a Hampton by Hilton Platinum member, and this was my first time staying at a Four Seasons hotel. It was far better than I expected. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. The hotel also has a laundry room, and what was even more amazing was that they had a dedicated staff member who washed my clothes and delivered them to my room. Such thoughtful service.

I received a call from them as soon as I landed in Chengdu, and they offer a dedicated butler service. Any requests I had were handled promptly and efficiently.

She reached out to me before my business trip stay and ever since then, whenever I'm in Chengdu and stay at the Holiday Inn, Lucy takes care of everything in advance – room assignments, invoices, you name it. I don't have to worry about a thing. Because of her, I now exclusively stay at the Holiday Inn when I'm in Chengdu. This time, I came with a few friends for May Day, and Manager Liu (Lucy) once again arranged everything perfectly, and my friends were all very satisfied. Since it was a leisure trip this time, I actually had a chance to notice how detailed and interesting the hotel lobby's decor is, with a distinct Chengdu feel. Even though it's more of a business hotel, the service and attention to detail are consistently excellent.
