"We took our kids to play at the Global Centre Water Park for the weekend and didn't want to waste time traveling, so we chose to stay at the InterContinental Global Center. Our room included two breakfasts and two two-day unlimited passes to the water park. We could just go downstairs to play in the water and then head back to the room to shower and get ready, avoiding the crowded public areas of the water park. The hotel gave us a free upgrade to a high-floor king-size room in Zone E, which had a fantastic view. The room facilities were similar to many seaside resorts, thoughtfully designed with a balcony area for drying clothes. The bedding was also very comfortable. The breakfast at the poolside restaurant was quite rich; the 'guokui' (flatbread) was well-baked and crispy, and the beef noodles tasted great. The watermelon juice at breakfast was also very refreshing. The hotel's shuttle bus saved us some walking time, but during peak hours, it was hard to find an empty bus as they were usually full when we tried to get on midway."
"I'm really satisfied. In the scorching summer, we were greeted with drinks and ice cream upon entering the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was even a late-night snack service. The room also had many bottles of water. The hotel is very generous, and I noticed small items like hair ties and band-aids in the elevator area. These are small details, but they show how much the hotel cares about its guests. It's definitely worth staying here, highly recommended."
"I was in Chengdu for a business trip this time and booked a stay at the Intercity Hotel Global Center. It was my first time staying at an Intercity Hotel, and I absolutely loved it! The entire lobby has a Bauhaus style, which I'm a huge fan of. For example, there are a few types of tea in the lobby that are really good too. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff were incredibly polite. The attentive butler even gave me recommendations for local food.
The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which included Chengdu's Bobo Chicken and Dandan Noodles.
My room was upgraded, and since I had a cold, the cleaning staff thoughtfully left extra bottles of water for me. My room overlooked the Global Center, and what surprised me most was that it came equipped with an ironing board and a shoehorn. For business travelers like me, this is such a bonus – two thumbs up! I'll definitely choose Intercity Hotel Global Center again for my next business trip to Chengdu!"
"I was here for a business trip from out of town. The transportation, whether by taxi or subway, was very convenient. The environment is lovely, with a fresh atmosphere from the eco-park and greenways. I specifically requested a higher floor at the front desk, and the staff were attentive and friendly – very trustworthy, kudos to them! The room itself felt spacious upon entry, with smart and complete facilities, and it was very clean. It would be even better if the breakfast had some local specialties."
"This hotel is located on Tianfu 1st Street, just across from Tiexiang Temple Water Street, which is quite lively with many restaurants around, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are quite elegant and clean, equipped with a tea table and gongfu tea set, which is great for having tea and chatting with friends. Breakfast is served in the Michelin restaurant downstairs. It's a bit small and the food selection isn't extensive, but it's still good. The only downside is that the tea provided is too little. I called the front desk to ask for more, but they said it was a fixed amount. How much is a 'fixed amount,' though? 3 or 5 grams? That's not even enough for one brew."
"Great room for families. Living room, dining, kitchen, full sized fridge, laundry, and 2 bathrooms. Better than some apartments.
Only issue was the windows didn't fully close so the small gap let rain drip in one night.
Location near to Global centre, SKP. Mall and plaza downstairs is convenient and pretty chill compared to the rest of Chengdu which was nice after staying in some busier parts."
"We chose this hotel for our family trip and had a wonderfully comfortable experience. The room was spacious and spotless, with soft bedding that ensured our child slept soundly. The front desk service was attentive; check-in was quick, and they patiently helped us with any questions we had. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and getting around was easy. The area was generally quiet, not noisy at all, and the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. The hygiene details were excellent, and the toiletries were comprehensive. It offers great value for money and is highly suitable for family travel. Overall, we were very satisfied and will prioritize booking here again for our next family visit."
"Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped with everything you need. The self-service laundry room is incredibly practical, and the staff even thoughtfully helped collect my clean laundry and deliver it directly to my room.
Hygiene: The entire place was dry and clean. Housekeeping regularly tidied up and replenished supplies, and there were no strange odors in the room. The ventilation was excellent, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.
Environment: It's right next to Tiexiang Temple Water Street, offering a rich variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, which is super convenient.
Service: All the staff were warm and attentive. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone I met would politely greet me, and they were all very friendly. The self-service breakfast offered a wide and diverse selection, making for a great dining experience.
My entire stay was pleasant and relaxing. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends."
"I was incredibly pleased with my hotel stay on this trip. A friend initially arranged a five-day stay for me, and the experience was so good I decided to extend it and booked again. I've always been a Hampton by Hilton Platinum member, and this was my first time staying at a Four Seasons hotel. It was far better than I expected. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. The hotel also has a laundry room, and what was even more amazing was that they had a dedicated staff member who washed my clothes and delivered them to my room. Such thoughtful service."
"Stayed here with a friend who's a 40N Platinum member. We got an upgrade to a higher room category and complimentary lounge access. The lounge offerings were very generous. The room was newly renovated and felt fresh. Customer service also proactively reached out and offered us breakfast. The staff were all very enthusiastic."

GGuest UserMy stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Tai Koo Li exceeded my expectations. The location is an absolute winner, right in the city center. It's just a few minutes' walk to Tai Koo Li and Chunxi Road, and close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The hotel's overall decor is new and minimalist, and the rooms are spacious. They feature Serta mattresses and an independent fresh air system. The soundproofing is excellent, so it was very quiet at night. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the smart toilet is a nice touch. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety, including not just Western continental options, but also local specialties like Dan Dan noodles. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room are super practical, whether you're traveling for leisure or on a business trip. The staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay, check-in was efficient and quick, and the housekeeping was meticulous. This big brand delivers reliable quality. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Chengdu.
GGuest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!
DDiwatexushengThis hotel is my top choice for travel, and its location is simply unbeatable. This time, I stayed at the Tonino Lamborghini Center by Tianfu Square, and the location was definitely the biggest plus, right in the heart of the city's central axis. Just a few steps from the hotel entrance is a subway interchange station, with Lines 1 and 2 connecting to the entire city, making getting around completely stress-free. Tianfu Square and the Chengdu Museum are within walking distance, so you can soak in the old city's cultural heritage with a leisurely stroll. A short subway ride takes you to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and a quick taxi ride gets you to popular attractions like Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli. Downstairs, there's a bustling commercial area with plenty of unique snack shops, making shopping and eating incredibly convenient. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views through floor-to-ceiling windows; by day, you can overlook the city's main thoroughfares, and by night, you're treated to the sparkling lights of the entire square. Despite being in a busy area, the soundproofing is excellent, offering both convenient access and peaceful rest. For anyone visiting Chengdu, I highly recommend this place. Its prime location is a huge advantage, making your travels effortless and enjoyable.
GGuest UserOur stay at the Pushi Hotel near Chengdu's Kuanzhai Alley far exceeded our expectations, and a special thanks to the hotel's personal butler! Their responses were incredibly prompt, and any questions or requests were answered quickly, patiently, and thoroughly, making the service truly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the environment was elegant, and the location was super convenient for getting around. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The butler's meticulous and warm service added a lot to our family trip. We highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit Chengdu!

RRaisa’I really liked this hotel. It was clean, cozy, and had a great view from the 14th floor. The location is convenient, with nice areas nearby for walks and enjoying the scenery. It's about a 10-13 minute walk to the metro stations. A big thank you to Xiao Luo for the excellent service! The room had everything I needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, dental kits, slippers, plenty of clean, fresh towels, a tea set, and even a foot bath with herbs, just as promised when booking. The breakfast was simple but had all the essentials: eggs, sausages, toast, yogurt, tea, coffee, fruits, vegetables, local dishes, and desserts. Thank you! ✅☀️🌿
FFenggeweiwuyouOur first stop on our summer trip with the kids, and even though we only stayed one night, we absolutely adored this place! The accommodation was spotless and tidy, with a simple, Chinese-inspired Loft design that's truly perfect for families. My daughter especially loved the cozy and charming little loft space upstairs! The hotel also has a great outdoor patio area, perfect for enjoying a cold beer and a breeze in the evening. The location is fantastic too – right downstairs is a shopping street, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to Nanqiao Bridge and Yangtianwo Plaza! This was genuinely the most comfortable and heartwarming B&B we stayed in during our whole Sichuan trip!
WWudingshangsanbudemaomiThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – super close to the subway, making it easy to get anywhere. There are tons of shopping areas and amazing food options nearby. The front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were incredibly nice and helpful. I was planning a birthday surprise for a friend and got so much help from the front desk, the housekeeping staff, and everyone at the hotel's coffee shop. My friend got a huge surprise! Plus, there's the adorable dog, Lucky. This place really feels like my home in Chengdu~
YYuanyoudeshiThis hotel is located in the heart of Chengdu, at Tianfu Square, very close to Chunxi Road. There are also many shopping areas nearby. This was a family trip, and it was incredibly convenient to get around. The hotel service was excellent, especially the front desk staff. The bellhop even escorted us to our room and shared travel and food recommendations. They also kindly extended our check-out time. We had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!
GGuest UserGood location: local market with cheap fruits nearby, many local food, quite close to metro.
Big and comfortable beds with curtains.
Everything is fresh and clean. Spacious rooftop.
No towel is provided.
GGuest UserThis hotel is easy to find, and its location is very convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around by taxi. The lobby is bright, and the staff are very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and it even had a washing machine and a refrigerator. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it. It would be even better if the bathroom had a door. It's not too far from attractions like Wenshu Monastery and Du Fu Thatched Cottage. However, the hotel is quite a distance from the nearest subway station.
