The hotel service is also quite good; the front desk staff are friendly and check-in and check-out are very fast. It was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. The environment is also quite good. The front desk gave me a free room upgrade upon check-in. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Check-in also includes a 12-hour parking voucher. It's a great hotel, and there's a large shopping mall nearby, making shopping very convenient. Upon check-out, the front desk clerk even gave me a figurine as a gift. This hotel is highly recommended and a top choice for both business and leisure trips! !!!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's right next to Hongxing Bridge Metro Station Exit C, just a few steps away. Line 3 takes you directly to Chunxi Road/Taikoo Li in two stops, and it's super convenient to get to Kuanzhai Alley and Jianshe Road Food Street. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. All necessary toiletries were provided, and the hot water pressure was strong. The front desk staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out were quick, and they were always responsive. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and getting around is a breeze. A must-stay when you're in Chengdu!

A special thank you to Xiao Liu, the staff member who was warm, attentive, and patient throughout, always ready to answer questions and respond to needs promptly. The overall value is high; it’s peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and convenient to get around. I would definitely choose this place again when I come to Chengdu next time and highly recommend it! 😄

The hotel facilities are complete, and there's a laundry room. The room layout is well-designed, and the hygiene is good. The hotel staff are friendly and clean the room promptly every day. The transportation downstairs is convenient, and there are plenty of dining options. A snack street is right downstairs.

Stayed here with my sister for a trip. The hotel room was pretty good, and it's super close to Eastern Suburbs Memory and Tianjie – within walking distance! Getting a taxi was also really easy, which was a plus. 👍 The washing machine said it had a dryer function, but it didn't actually dry the clothes. My clothes were still wet. 🙂

Let's start with the positives. The toilet and shower are separated, and there's a rooftop bath, which was quite user-friendly considering some people had read online about it. The front desk lady and cleaning lady were also very nice. Cleanliness was acceptable. It wasn't peak season when I arrived, and the front desk was always staffed. There's a snack bar downstairs that locals don't frequent, but it's still acceptable for tourists. The location is also good, close to Chunxi Road and the University of Science and Technology, so it's quite convenient. As for the negatives, the soundproofing was a bit poor. You could hear people turning on the water, turning off the lights, and watching TV in the neighboring rooms. The door didn't really provide any protection. The air conditioner light was a bit bright at night, serving as a nightlight (if it's too noisy, you can mute it, which I later discovered). Also, there aren't disposable toilet seats provided, so bring one if you're concerned. If you're allergic to mites, be sure to bring some mite spray. Overall, it was acceptable.
