"Amazing hotel right in the heart of town, walking distance to the restaurants, parks and city center. The rooms are on the smaller side but it wasn’t a problem at all. We’ve enjoyed the view from the pool, their wine bar and restaurant and cozy lounge with free coffee and delicious desserts. Everyone in our party staying in Santiago longer have extended their stay. Definitely staying here again when back to Santiago."

"This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points."

"The Park Plaza was centrally located to many parks, cathedrals, and squares where local merchants would gather. A great grocery store was right behind the apartment tower, which was great convenience. The apartment was a two story loft with full kitchen, bathtub and shower, refrigerator, stove cooking utensils, and microwave. It had two balconies on the first and second story. The only complaint really was the couch-more like a futon that sat only inches from the floor, very hard to get out of, and very uncomfortable. I just used the chairs instead. The bed was very comfortable and had televisions on both floors. CNN intl and Fox intl was on both TVs. Definitely a good place to stay for the price. My room had great views of the Andes in the distance. Staff was very accommodating. I will stay here again on my next trip"

"這家酒店1820年就建好了，是當時最有名的本地建築師建的，很有和平飯店的味道，要是喜歡老錢風這家酒店沒跑了🤩古老的電梯還可以用，在頂樓的酒吧餐廳可以看到聖母山以及南非第一高樓還有遠處的安第斯山脈，夕陽和月亮升起的時候都很美。我在這裏住了八天，全部工作人員都認識我了，對我都很友善，早餐也很豐盛，頂樓的酒吧裏也提供晚餐做得不錯，酒店地處聖地亞哥的文化中心，周圍餐廳酒吧超市很多，基本著名景點走路就到，聖母山就在酒店對面一個超大的餐飲中心的附近，可以坐纜車上山看到全城的風景。酒店不遠處有一個藝術集市，賣些有趣的小玩意兒。酒店對面就是一個巨大的開放式的公園，可以跑步，在1900年就建好的馬車道上，公園是沿着馬路建的，大約兩公里，左手的盡頭就是國家美術館。"
