"The hotel and its facilities are quite old, but the room was exceptionally clean! The room was huge, but I found the bathroom to be very old, with a small leak in the bidet. The air conditioning was new and great. One of the negative points, in my case, was that they didn't have an iron in the room, and to use the hotel's one they wanted to charge me R$95. The breakfast is simple, but it meets my needs perfectly. The surroundings are well located, in the middle of everything!"

"O hotel fica localizado em um ótimo bairro, conversei com a gerente e através do celular acessei o link e realizei o cadastro para acessar o hotel. Quarto limpo e arejado. Tem toalhas, copos, taças, geladeira, micro-ondas, cobertor, ar-condicionado, shampoo, sabonete líquido, papel higiênico e secador de cabelo."

"O hotel é extremamente bem localizado. O atendimento é muito bom. O problema foi o ar condicionado do quarto. Não estava gelando quase nada. Ficamos muito tempo fora do hotel, indo basicamente à noite para dormir... Assim, sei que seria difícil trocar de quarto ou resolver o problema. Minha sugestão é que o hotel adote um esquema de manutenção preditiva nos aparelhos, evitando esse tipo de problema. No mais, o hotel é muito bom e ficarei lá sempre que possível!"

"Good location, spacious room, very good shower and hearty breakfast. However, terrible service, especially from Marcelo, the elevator didn't work to the floor we wanted, we had to climb the stairs, very old. Bad bedroom bed, springy and making a lot of noise about nothing, poor quality pillow. Slippery shower floor. We stayed over the weekend and due to the fair on Sunday, there was a lot of noise in the early morning due to the tents being set up. Terrible, I won't go back and I don't recommend it!"

It met what I needed and the room gave me a peaceful night's sleep, and I was able to rest very well! The hotel is located in a location with facilities around it, so there was no need for the hotel not to offer meals. If I return to BH, the hotel will definitely be on my quote list! "The hotel is very well located. I found the service from some of the staff to be a little cold. I didn't understand the fees being charged at check-in, but I was late for an appointment and it was precisely at that time that I found the employee unwilling to explain the fees. Furthermore, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are courteous and attentive. Parking is charged separately. I recommend the hotel and would stay/stay there again on other occasions."
