Especially good, the service is in place, the room is very comfortable, like home. It can be said that this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever stayed in the world. Fluent English and absolutely first class experience. The equipment is very complete, there is a washing dryer, basically bid farewell to dirty clothes. There is a cooperation with the restaurant next door, which can deliver meals to your door. Opposite is the botanical garden, the air is fresh, there is also a balcony, very comfortable.

Very conveniently situated beside a train station and tramt stop with abundant shopping and dining. A short walk away. My apartment clearly had not been clean thoroughly with food left in the fridge from a previous guest and bed sheets were not tucked in properly. Apartment looked dark and gloomy due to the colors of the carpet and Furniture with numerous scuff marks on the white walls. Maintenance needs some serious attention.

Not far from the city. Pets are not clean. Quest is a great chain in Australia and New Zealand.

Good location, very convenient with many cafe, restaurant and shops nearby. Minutes away from train station. Room spacious. Good facilities in room. Will definitely consider staying in this hotel in our next trip

Cosy and trendy apartment nicely located in South Yarra. Train station 3mn away and all convenience nearby, furthermore the area is quite trendy with plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped and the washing machine was a neat feature. Hotel staff was always very nice and helpful.
