"The hotel is located right next to the interchange, and there's a bus stop for bus route 21 downstairs. The hotel has a parking lot, but there's a McDonald's downstairs, and some of the parking spaces are for McDonald's customers. You need to look for spaces with 'B&B' written inside them to find the hotel's spots. Parking costs 10 Euros per day. The parking lot is accessed by driving up a ramp, and there are also outdoor spaces. The ones near McDonald's are not for the hotel. The parking lot adjacent to the hotel has both stairs and an elevator that go up to the front desk level. There's also an elevator inside the hotel to access other floors and the ground level. The hotel has a more modern decor but lacks amenities. There's no fridge in the room, and when I asked at the front desk, they also don't have an ice machine. The room size is decent. When you check in, the front desk will ask if you need a transport card; you can get one for the duration of your stay, which allows free rides on city buses. You can reach the old town center in about half an hour, which is actually quite convenient. There's a Lidl supermarket one bus stop away, or a 15-minute walk. Overall, it was a pretty good experience."

"Hotel is new, very clean, good expensive plumbing, comfortable beds. Quiet, good soundproofing. Breakfast is standard, but quite good. A 15-minute walk from the hotel has a beautiful lake with a beach where it is pleasant to swim with children in the summer. From the downsides: location on the outskirts, to the central station and the city center 20-25 minutes on the trolleybus. That is not so scary. But it is necessary to take into account that the trolleybus only goes one route. And when you come to the stop you can spend more 10-15 minutes on his waiting. Also in the hotel for some reason did not work Wi-Fi. There was no network in general those 2 days that lived there. On the respiratory said ”forgive, the problem is fixed” - but the Internet never appeared ( Also, when the settlement in the room at all there was no teapot or towel and I had to go to the resepschn ... "Overall a really pleasant stay. Location was great, with a 24h mart at petrol station just beside the hotel, and 2 min walk to a row of supermarkets nearby. Bus stop just beside hotel with easy access to the Salzburg central station and to the city. Room is slightly dated, though with interesting music/mozart design carpets. Toilet looked more modern with good water pressure. Service was also good, receptionists were friendly. Will consider returning if I’m back in Salzburg."

"The hotel is great, only a 10-minute walk from the train station, with many bus routes nearby, making it very convenient to get to the lake area. The hotel environment is lovely, elegant yet artistic. There's a small mall directly opposite the hotel, with a supermarket on the basement floor, which is very handy for shopping. The front desk staff are all enthusiastic and beautiful."

"At that time, there was only one person at the front desk of the hotel and needed to wait. The hotel's parking space is in the same building. This is more convenient to go out to the city center. However, the breakfast at this hotel is booked, regardless of the taste and excellent food."

"I booked for three nights and when I checked in, the hotel staff initially couldn't find our reservation. After some confirmation, we were able to check in smoothly. We were given a room on the second floor, but once inside, we found the mini-fridge was broken. So, I went downstairs and asked the front desk to switch our room. The new room was further inside. The fridge worked, but the air conditioning wasn't very cold. Luckily, it wasn't too hot at night, so it was fine. I'd read reviews mentioning some guests had items stolen, so we didn't leave any valuables in the room and kept our suitcases locked. However, when the towels were replaced daily, I'm not sure if it's because we didn't leave the floor mats on the ground or what, but they were always taken away and not replaced (it's also possible the hotel doesn't provide them). The plastic bottles I intended to return were also taken (but that's quite normal, so it's fine). The area around the hotel does feel a bit desolate, possibly because it's behind a department store and next to a construction site. We could hear hammering from the construction site in the mornings. It's quite close to the train station and bus stops, but for the price we paid, I think it was significantly overpriced. The hotel staff offered us free luggage storage (they mentioned guests normally have to use lockers). In the afternoons, there's iced water and small cookies available on the first floor."

"Customer service with the daytime front desk staff were simply excellent! Staff Vanessa and Allen (think both are South American) were courteous; extremely helpful pertaining to our queries! The breakfast were also great, I simply loved their waffles and not forgetting to mentioned the breakfast lady who is a blonde middle aged who cannot really communicate in English but her mannerisms and Customer attentiveness were really 100%! Kudos to the Adlerhof staff who really made my stay at Salzburg most wonderful! Thanks"

"Spacious and clean bedroom. Bed was comfortable and linen used are of good quality. Location is good. Near to most of the major tourist attractions with access to public transport and convenient shops within mins of walking from hotel. Breakfast spread served have good selection and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. There's a nice and cozy outdoor patio/ garden on ground floor that is designated for smokers. Liked the rooms having windows that allowed you to open up when you prefer to let fresh air for ventilation. The overall interior of the hotel looks new and pretty. Enjoyed my entire stay and would highly recommend it to others."

"This hotel isn't very close to the train station or the old town; you'll need to take a taxi to get to both. On the plus side, they offered two complimentary sparkling waters. However, my room key stopped working, and I couldn't get into my room. By 6 PM, the front desk was already unstaffed. Every time I needed to get into my room, I had to make a long-distance call to have them open the door. The service was really just so-so."
