Full Villa in the Residential neighborhood Lance Aux Epines. We are located in a safe, fenced, gated community named La Palma, very closed to St George's University, USA and many other Embassies. The villa is very close to the main beaches in St George, marinas, Supermarkets, restaurants and hotels.
We have 3 spacious bedrooms, lovely private pool, two full bathrooms and a powder bathroom, full opened concept kitchen with dinning area, kitchen lounge, independent dinning room, amazing living room, laundry room with washer machine and dryer, inside patio with private pool, out side patio with season tropical fruits and free private garage.
We kindly provide a Free Welcome Complementary Drink of your preference, water, toiletries, shampoo, hair conditioner, etc to start. You get your own going forward. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Flexible check-out available (contact host to arrange).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Allowed under adult responsibility..About customRules:Bedrooms AC Free.
Extra AC in the Kitchen and Living-dinning is for an Additional fee of 25 USD x AC x night..For more than 6 persons, The AC in the Living-dinning room is free of charge.,Don't through cigarette's butts in the pool or green areas.

Quietly Amazing
This property has been totally updated from the pictures that were online. Extremely clean and on a lovely, quiet street. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right at your fingertips. Location was 10 minutes from airport and very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend. If you need a great tour Guide would also recommend Joseph at Ace Ventura Tours. He is knowledgable and very safe in his driving. Enjoy Grenada.

Location & Tranquility
We had an excellent stay at Sweet Home Grenada. The villa is beautiful, and has everything you could want in a rental. The main bedroom suite is on the 3rd floor and is massive. The 2 other bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and share a bathroom. On the main level is the kitchen, outdoor patio and pool and a beautiful dining and living room. The location is simply perfect. Minutes walk to the beach, small stores and is located within a quiet community. The drive to Grande Anse and the main grocery store is short and easy.Would highly recommend renting a car so you can explore the island and all it has to offer.The host is great. Super responsive, and helpful.

Awesome
My family and I had a great stay. The location was fantastic, and the communication between the owner and host was excellent. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the complimentary drinks as a welcome gift and the going-away gift of Grenada's best spices. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

Visiting with a group for a wedding
Had a lovely stay at this villa! The hosts were very communicative and physically greeted us at check-in and check-out. They answered all our questions and even gave us a little welcome gift. Having a rather larger group (9 people), the private outdoor space was a nice bonus.

The area was quiet, safe and beautiful with lots of greenery. The villa was clean and homely. Our hosts Arelius and Samantha communicated with us constantly and answered many questions. Lots of restaurants nearby. We rented a vehicle so everything was less than 10 minutes away.
Will certainly return. Thank you Arelius and Samantha for making our stay such a memorable one.

Very nice
This home was in a lovely area and we could walk to a few restaurants. The pool area was nice and the beds were comfortable. Definitely get the air in the downstairs living area.

Pleasant stay
A very nice comfortable villa. Spotless rooms and comfortable beds. Close to the beach: about 7-8 minutes walking to a small sandy beach. Very safe place. Easy and quick communication with Arelis. Very pleasant stay at the villa.
