Though the facility offers a wide range of amenities, it lacks any sort of in-house shop for necessities. There is a very small, understaffed store that sells Starbucks coffee(is not a Starbucks) and a very limited assortment of low quality to-go items, and few snack foods. The shop is very overpriced and for the type of property that the facility seems to aim for in excellence in many areas, this amenity by far is way below what you would expect. Very disappointing

Hal at front desk was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and accommodating. Wonderful person who made the experience unforgettably special. Compassionately helped me with cleaning my blender. Beautiful facilities and a/v services for our conference. Appreciate this experience.

Parking normally was $15 a night at the Penn Square Garage but was free as part of the Conference. The parking garage was attached to the hotel. The hotel has many fine restaurants and there is other places to eat close by. The room has a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The use QR codes in the room but my cell phone will only make calls.

Gave it 5 stars for what it is. Full service Marriott with fantastic architecture and decoration in a central historical location. This is Marriott and not JW level. So it still has the usual shortcomings..unmotivated staff, lousy lounge breakfast. It just doesn't have that level of service or price tag that stone reviewers expect. Enjoy the building and check out the rooftop bar!

I’ve stayed here for years, the star has varied a bit , but has remained consistent. It’s a great place, great bar, food sucks , but a good time !! FYI I’m a Marriott Ambassador Member, so no bias here !! I am just speaking the truth as to what I see .

The hotel is clean and quiet and made for a very good stay. I was able to use some points for the stay and I felt it was a good use of those points. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a clean room and thought the view was nice. I would stay there again.

We were at Lancaster Marriott with a group for an event. Our room did not have a closet. The front desk said that certain rooms do not have closets. At a Marriott! Our room was suppose to have two beds. It only had a king bed. Supposedly there were no other rooms available. We were given a thin & uncomfortable cot. We were disappointed.

Was threatened with security because…other people called to ask if I was staying here? I have no control over what other people do, and that’s a normal question. She said they were asking about getting into our room, which 1, isn’t true, 2, still not in my control, and 3, she conveniently couldn’t produce any voicemails or call transcripts to substantiate her threats. This was the night of my wedding and instead of spending time with my wife I was dealing with customer service and trying not to get kicked out for the most bizarre reason

Great hotel. Great M club and bar/restaurant. One thing they need to do is get a bar food menu. The restaurant menu doesn’t work for the bar if you just want something to snack on while having a drink. Great bartender sorry I never got her name. Clean rooms but found the comfortable on the bed too hot. Nice Starbucks store.
