The house was newly renovated and clean. People with sleep problems should be able to tolerate this wooden structure. This is the type of house found in most villages. I barely slept. The person next door snored loudly.

It's good that the homestay is right in the village. In the morning, all the roosters crow at sunrise. It's more pleasant than the noises made by cars driving past the road right under the window. The male receptionist doesn't have many words. The female receptionist made tea and chatted with us. The room was not cleaned and the necessities were not stocked daily. The window is tinted with green and made the view out of the window appears nicer in one section.

The boss is friendly and you can have tea and chat for free. The room is clean and hygienic. You can see the sea of clouds from the public balcony of the homestay, which is very beautiful. It is convenient to eat in the surrounding area. The Bulang ethnic minority specialties are delicious.

In the remote Yunnan frontier, amidst the towering Jingmai Mountains and the dense primeval forests, I was deeply impressed by the hardworking, kind, and welcoming Bulang people. Their ancient, traditional dwellings, simple and bright decor, and modern, stylish bedding and bathroom amenities, along with disposable bath towels, face cloths, and slippers, allow one to experience the natural beauty, the warmth of the Bulang people, and the millennia-old tea mountain culture, all without any inconvenience to daily life or hygiene. This is highly recommended. I'm truly happy to see the new changes, new lifestyles, and new outlooks of the Bulang people.

I couldn't find parking, so I contacted the owner to help me find one. I didn't see the owner often, so I left my door key on the table in my room when I checked out. It was still a bit chilly at night in late February, and the room was a bit cold without heating. Mineral water was available as is.
