I visited during the winter. The room was very clean and the location wasn’t bad. However, the room was cold all day. Although there was a heater, it was almost useless and had no real effect. The WiFi worked fine in the kitchen, but it barely worked at all in the room. One of the staff members had a bad attitude. Also, there were no toiletries like shampoo in the shower room, so be aware of that. The kitchen also seemed to have a limited selection of cooking utensils. For the quality provided, I felt that the price was far too high.

Lovely location, just a few minutes walk to town. Close by restaurants and shops. Easy check-in process, and the place is clean. It's slightly cold though, one of the hot showers is not hot enough. Otherwise, we had a great time staying here. Tekapo is lovely in the winter!

A short walk to the main town and has ample parking on the street. Check in and out were quick and easy. The room and bathroom itself was clean and comfortable. Minor note was that the sound insulation between the rooms are not as superb, so you could hear faint voices from the other room.

Convenient location - walking distance to town centre. Clean bathrooms. Room is a bit old and heater makes a squeaky sound all night. Be prepared for it to be cold as the linen and blanket provided is insufficient. Only one toilet for a block of many rooms which is slightly inconvenient. Free tea and coffee in kitchen and plenty of cutlery plates etc. as the place is not well insulated make sure you rug up at all times.

The accommodation was lovely and check-in was easy. As soon as we arrived, we picked up our room key with our name on it. We received a map showing where our room was. How to get there? The room was spacious, with room for both a 28-inch suitcase and a 20-inch suitcase. Two heaters and a second duvet were provided. A hair dryer, towels, body soap, and shampoo were provided. The kitchen was spacious, with a microwave, refrigerator, and hot water. Free parking for 5-6 cars on the premises. Free street parking is also available. Easy to contact the owner and promptly answered questions.

It is a renovation of a residential building. The yard is large and comfortable, and there are many small animals in it. The public environment is clean, the kitchen space is large, there is parking, it is convenient for cooking, and it is a five-minute walk from the supermarket.

The location is good, very close to the Church of the Good Shepherd. The environment is good. There is a shared kitchen and restaurant. Everyone greets each other and cooks and dines together, which is very nice.
