Like the location of being just few mins away from the shops and the church. Easy to find but better arrive before it gets dark to find the exact unit number. Enjoyed cooking and the laundry with the necessities. WiFi, Netflex all good but local tv doesn’t seem to work. Probably need to try harder to figure it out. Like the shower, water is hot and with good pressure. Electric blankets also available for the bed. Need to be clear of how to do the rubbish recycle though and reserve enough time before the check out to do all the dishes.

Beautiful place with immaculate cleanliness, amenities and views. Check in and out was super smooth. 100% recommend. The uphill distance from the lake was the only trouble.

Great location, minutes away from the eatery and Lake Tekapo centra. Quiet area too even though its next to surrounding rooms. Has all the amenities to cook and has big space to chill out in the living room/dining.

Location is close to downtown and supermarket. Also close to stars tour location. But the sofa bed is really not comfortable.

We had a couple of comfortable nights here recently, very warm apartments, catching the sun all day.

The place is lovely, but unfortunately the host didn’t send me instructions how to check in. We had to look for WiFi in a public place to be be able to call him. It took us a while to find it. There was no shampoo, only 2in 1. Ladies with long hair, bring your own shampoo and hair conditioner. Otherwise the place is new and comfortable.

Clean and big apartment :) Location wise is just 5 minutes drive to lake tekapo center. Everything is good. Cooking utensils are provided but the electric stove takes quite sometime to heatup and boil water.

The apartment seems to be recently renovated, it’s clean and well maintained.

Very tidy apartment and convenient location

The room is very good.

We decided to stay one more night in Tekapo on short notice. Fortunately, we found this cost-effective treasure apartment. The price is half of Blue Water and the area is twice as large. Facilities: We stayed in Unit A, which should be the best of the three studio apartments. It is on the side and the car can be parked directly at the door. It is 45 square meters, with one bedroom and one living room, kitchen, washing machine, air conditioner and heater. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel is located on a small gentle slope. It takes 3 minutes to drive to the supermarket and the lake, and 15 minutes to walk. There is a gentle snow-capped mountain on one side of the apartment and a small pond on the other side. It is very beautiful on snowy days. We saw the beautiful sunrise. I stayed in the Lake View B&B the night before, and stayed here for an extra night. The different experience is just right. Service: Telephone consultation is in Chinese, self-service check-in and check-out are very convenient, and I called twice during my stay if I didn’t understand anything. Disadvantages: The only inconvenience is that the wash basin is too small, which is easy to splash water. In fact, the bathroom is quite wide. It is recommended to change to a larger one.

The room facilities are new and basically complete, but the sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable. The mattress is too thin, not only hard, but also woke me up in the middle of the night due to the cold. Fortunately, there is a place without light opposite the hotel, and we saw the beautiful starry sky, which made up for the deficiency.

The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We couldn't see Lake Tekapo from the room.

Facilities: Very complete, you can cook by yourself. There are washing machines and clothes drying racks. Hygiene: Good, clean and tidy. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the town. It takes about 15 minutes to walk, and it is an uphill road, so if you don’t have a car, it will be very tiring to push your luggage by yourself. It is recommended that friends who rent a car rent a homestay here. If you don’t have a car, you can rent a house in the city center.
