"The room was perfect and clean.i was visiting my 9 year old daughter and she loved the room as well.the only thing I say is the 100$ deposit just incase damages is a bit extensive.if you are on a tight budget I would look else where first that doesn't require so much of a deposit incase of damages.overall I enjoyed my stay with my daughter there and look forward in the future to stay there again when I'm visiting my daughter"

"My wife and I did a 2 night stay for birthday weekend and we absolutely loved this place. Marji and her daughter's hospitality was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful! You must try their fresh baked nut bread! Just try not to eat too much before the delicious main course because it us soo delicious! The atmosphere is very cozy, clean, and quiet. The location is close to down town to where my wife and I walked everyday. Definitely recommend a stay here. It felt like home away from home!"

"Quality should consider rebranding themselves and take out their name Quality...this hotel chain has really gone downhill. The hotel was so outdated and literally dirty, inside and out. All it takes is a pressure washer to wash the exterior building and fresh coat of paint. You can see the dirt and dust bunnies built up all around the building. My room wasn't exactly a prize winner. Couldn't see out of the windows due to built up of condensation and dirt, again with the bathroom mirrors with water and toothpaste marks. Not something I really need to deal with . I didn't even use their bath towels. It was safer to use mine. I'm not even going to bother to point out breakfast because it just looked like the food has been around for a while. I thought the cereal would be safe but once I saw it in the light, not. Cleanliness makes a big difference and missing the basics is lazy and irresponsible"

"A beautiful hotel! Cosy, quiet, clean. There is a small fitness room on the first floor - I was after 9pm and was engaged alone. Also on the first floor there is a room for washing things - the cost of washing 3.5$, the cost of drying is the same, the duration of 30 minutes per cycle (30 min washing + 30 min drying). We had a room with breakfast - generally a meal can be eaten, a normal American breakfast. I liked a lot of yoghurts) and as I understood - coffee and tea available 24/7 - pleasant 🤗 On the respiratory was a beautiful girl, friendly and welcoming (the name did not remember, she was from Thailand). The room is large, spacious, clean. Tea, coffee and everything you need for a shower are. The hotel liked, recommended!"

"One of my worst experiences in a hotel second day we’re there they may just move because they smell smoke in our room. We did not smoke in the room or go smokes outside, but we’ve got that second morning. We are in the new room. Will you get woke up at about 7 o’clock by the 8 o’clock For housekeeping we had a do not disturb sign on the outside. They knocked anyways the next day 7 o’clock in the morning again, they called the broom because I complained about the do not disturb so they called and just said well just leave the phone off the hook. Do not hang it up. We’re gonna be working on the phone Today. Well, they didn’t hang up either all you could hear them talking people listening you know if they were listening in our rooms, didn’t like defected I told them I didn’t like to play so me and my girl got an argument. She’s disabled she supposed to be downstairs. They got us upstairs. Both brooms and Girl got an argument, cause she wouldn’t stand up herself and go down and tell them that she was disabled. They didn’t proceed that when A day or two said to my girl that she could stay, but that I couldn’t stay no longer because I had an argument with my girl over there. Crap my girls disabled, and doesn’t understand anything. She has mental disabilities and I believe this place is taking full advantage of her I know she’s got her money from Social Security and they’re getting her every which way they can and then the room the second one we got wouldn’t plug something into the wall and it sparked big time and our power kept tripping breaker. Don’t use the microwave. The microwave was only had a couple buns that actually worked and see they replaced that same thing again it was just constant constantly something"

"We moved in in Oct of 2024.and we've lived here for the past 5 months.and it's been nothing but a nitemare!! when we first moved in nite one,we discovered that the door didn't shut properly and still doesn't to this day.then, after we'd been there for a week,they still would not give us enough door keys for everyone.they said only one key pee room when there was 3 of us.then after a month had went by of us staying here they then started changing the price everyday on me.then after the first month of us also being here they never not once came in and changed the bed linens.then after two months of being here we asked for more bed pillows because there so flat to which we were told no.so I had to go buy our own.then the 3rd month we were here I asked for two extra blankets to which I was told no only one blanket per room.then because of all the drama that had been occuring here I lost my mom because she couldn't take the drama here anymore.and then the 4th month we were here I started to finally complain about the high prices here and discovered that they play favorites around here and charge certain amounts to their favorites and higher amounts to their not favorite people.i even witnessed first hand people bragging about the fact that they go for days without paying and yet they make us pay everyday.and now here we are at 5 months we started discovering how things were going on here at nite time that management does nothing about.and the maids really don't like cleaning your room unless you're a fly by the night one nite staying person but if your a long termer like me well then you'll be doing like me and cleaning the room yourself.everyday they won't give you fresh towels or fresh washcloths I literally have to take the stuff off the maids cart myself and take it in the room.and now even when I put dirty towels outside I never get them back! just like today I had put 3 dirty towels outside and I only got back one when there's 3 of us staying in the room and apparently your not allowed to make close friends with the office staff because I'm best friends with the weekend girl/clerk and the owner doesn't like it and keeps cussing her out for hanging out with me and for being friends with each other and 5 months ago when we first moved in the mattress on me and my husband's bed on my side has a hole in it and when I turned that in instead of replacing it for me I was told just to flip it over and if that didn't work then I owed them a mattress which I don't! especially when the mattress was already like that when we first got here!and everything that keeps breaking down in the room they refuse to fix which is bull!and now as of tonight I'm being told to just deal with it!😞😭"
