This unique home sits on half an acre and boasts a sprawling backyard for family games or you can cozy up by the fireplace after a long day of skiing or hiking to watch Netflix. Enjoy your favorite beverage or book while rocking in one of the front porch rockers. You’ll get a great night’s rest for the activities you have planned in either of the two master bedrooms. One master bedroom is upstairs and the other is downstairs with french doors leading to the deck for some late night star gazing. The kids will have sweet dreams in their bunk beds. There’s even a tee pee tent upstairs for imaginary play. What a wonderful experience close to all the attractions of Lake George, yet with privacy and a cozy warm atmosphere. The home was clean and nicely decorated with a feel of a country farmhouse, holiday, and Thanksgiving. We enjoyed all the host had to offer in the way of games, and backyard social, grilling and little extras like a coffee bar, condiments for cooking, toiletry's and comfy bedding. Our host communicated with us to make sure we had all the details of the stay. Thank you again for a great first experience booking with Verbo!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful hosts. Location just outside Lake George Village works really well. Just minutes away from downtown. Great amenities through out and a great value as well.

We found the house perfect. Everything is well cared for and tidy. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans and utensils to make it our meals. There were plenty of towels and snuggle blankets. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs and visiting. The owners are available to you and respond quickly.

Sisterhood weekend
We wanted to explore the Lake George area and needed a central location as our base. The farmhouse was just right. Equidistant between Lake G. Village and Bolton Landing. The biggest surprise was the Hyde Collection in nearby Glens Falls. Old masters and unexpected installations of great interest. Hey change seasonally. The towns Strawberry Festival was an added bonus to our Glens Falls visit.

I stayed with three friends for three days and everything went great. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to get away for a short time. Host was accommodating and property was just what we needed.

Beautiful farmhouse close to everything you need.
We stayed here as a group of 6 which is max. The house is beautiful and comes with everything you need. It’s close the LG village and Bolton so you are never far away from where you need to be!

Cozy sums it up!!!
Katherine was a wonderful hostess and had her home all cozy with glimmering candles and fireplace all aglow upon our arrival! The kitchen was fully equipped which made for nice at-home meals for us 4 besties to sip wine and catch up. We all had our own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms which was very convenient. The house was clean and so cozy which was exactly what we wanted for our trip to Lake George. We only wished we booked for a longer trip and will certainly return!!!
