The house and pool were spectacular

Not worth it Jacqui was slow to respond with all communication & didn't provide check in information in a timely manner. She called less than an hour before check in to provide the code. Check in was at 4pm. We arrived at 4:30 & the house was still being cleaned. We weren't able to enter the property until 6pm. According to the cleaners, Jacqui didn’t tell them we were coming. The house is old. The first floor and bedrooms were clean. There are cameras inside the house pointing towards the front door that were not disclosed. The house isn’t stocked with basic supplies for guests. The coffee maker doesn’t work, but there is a keurig with some pods. The grill was dirty and the dish sponge/sink was dirty. I booked the house for 11 adults and there were not 11 towels. The beds are inaccurately described and there’s one less twin bed than what’s listed. We had to provide additional towels, coffee maker, garbage bags, paper towels and an air mattress. The property is overgrown with weeds which triggered everyones allergies. There were pool supplies scattered everywhere & stained outdoor furniture. The main pool was cleaned the day we got there, but the hot tub was green/dirty. Jacqui did send the pool company to clean the hot tub, but it still wasn't clean enough to use. Some aspects of the house are nice for a large group, but I would not stay here again, nor recommend guests to come here. The property needs more attention & the listing isn't accurate based on the current state
