Location and Parking: The location was ideal with easy access from the road and ample parking available. Some users appreciated the front desk staff's assistance during check-in, and beds were comfortable with good showers

TWO WORDS — DO NOT. This is a worst nightmare type hotel. This place was the most disgusting place I’ve ever attempted to stay at. I booked it because it was a convenient location and cheap, big mistake. It took us 40 minutes to check in, lots going on at the front desk, one person had left their child’s blanket and came back to retrieve it to be told there was no lost and found and the blanket was more than likely already in the trash if they wanted to look for it. We finally got our key card and went up to room and key card did not work. Hallway floors were so dirty we didn’t want to set anything down. We ran down to front desk to get a new key, were told they had to come open the door manually, after 20 minutes we were helped into the room it was PUTRID. Pictures speak for themselves. No smoke detector, absolutely foul. Hope the health department shuts them down because that’s what this place needs. Not to mention no breakfast or pool, both unavailable. We immediately said no this was unacceptable we cannot stay here, went back down to lobby where they offered us another room, that room was just as bad. We chose to leave, were told the manager was not on site to refund us the money. Several others were also at front desk with complaints about rooms asking for new rooms. We left and drove to Sulphur to stay there due to no other hotels available in Lake Charles. After over 1 month of fighting with the hotel over a refund for the night stay, countless calls to the hotel itself and choice rewards I never got a refund and choice hotels had to reward me points to compensate. This place is a complete and utter sh*t hole. Here’s photos to see for yourself. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I didn’t inspect but would say this hotel probably has bed bugs with the filth.

Worst ever Horrible. Room smelled of mold was very hot rusty trash can no breakfast and the pool was closed and the elevator was broken.
