This is not a review praising this property , it is however one of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at , very poor service, breakfast nasty , they leave the he bread out all day in display, flies were actually in the display, nothing fresh. The carpet was so dirty you actually cannot tell what colour it was when installed I’m guessing 20 years ago, onward up the stairs you run into the stale smell of nasty, repairs that are half done , partially paint walls and repairs , this didn’t change in the month I was here, on to the room, some cheap attempt to remodel the room with laminate flooring , which is fine , but it wasn’t clean , there was a picture I’m assuming that was on the wall at one time , that was ripped off and the holes are still there no attempt to fix or reinstall, I had to ask the front desk to clean out the fridge of food that was left behind from previous guest, at the time of check in I stated and asked the the room be serviced every other day , and I was told that wasn’t a problem , not until it didn’t happen! I came back from working one evening to find my bed stripped of its bedding and laying on the floor, I asked for it to be made , they did send someone who tried to make a terrible attempt to make the bed , with the bedding and sheets that were on the floor , how gross! And really a 2 year old could have did a better job. This was the final straw of staying in this property. So if you want to stay here you go ahead , set your sights well below anything you’ve come to know with Quality Inn / choice rewards, even when I made complains to cooperate, they seemed less interested , and offered a whopping 8000 points , I had to deal with a different person each and every email , not just one person , I’m not sure what has happened to customer service but there doesn’t seem to be any here.
