The Bulevar - Alpine

This was the worst stay of my life at this hotel. First of all the hotel did not have water supply. People including us had to argue with the hotel management staff for getting water for bathing and toilet purposes. After a long fight the hotel provided water in buckets to us. Every-time we asked about tap water they said it will start in 5-10 min which never did in my 2 days stay. Secondly the staff was rude and no respect for its customers including elders or seniors. For example, when asked for a coffee, people were turned back rudely saying that you will get coffee only when we have water. The corridors in the hotel were dirty. Dead flies all over in the corridor. The hotel staff uses hotel rooms for their personal use. I am not sure why the hotel owner does not have staff rooms quarters. Lastly when angry customers said that they will give negative reviews, the staff didn’t care and rudely said that’s not their problem, it’s the hotel owner’s problem. Mind u, when you book and ask about water problem they will deny it, but when you reach there they will start the 5-10 min story. This happened in front of us, where i was asking about water and the staff at the counter was taking new booking inspite of no water. When i asked him why are you taking new booking? and there was no proper reply. This is one of the worst hotel i have ever been too, and i would never recommend this to anyone.

Rooms lilo small but food was just yummy. Everything we were ordered just upto the mark, delicious. Location of the hotel and view from room was also beautiful. Bonfire and music made my bdy speciall. Must visit

Had a good stay in the property with family, though as per facility, the price was bit on higher side(just to mention here we traveled during pick season of jun. Pros: rooms were clean, 24 hrs hot water, food was good(may not be great). Sissu fall visible from room balcony. Cons: need to improve on services, e. G. Till 7am in the morning, no one available to attend a call to provide early bf.

So terrible stay untill now, i ordered maggi at 5:30 pm and i got my maggie at 6:50pm so imagine d service
