Fortuanately I found this hotel online and was very pleased with my choice. The place is immacuately clean, neat, is located on a main drag in San Juan Capistrano, easy to find. The manager is the kindest, most helpful person you will ever meet. He graciously accomadated every request I had. I highly recommend this hotel, maybe not the fanciest, but everything else about it is first class. Prices are very resonable, I paid approx $120 / night for a room with 2 queen size beds, fridge, coffee maker, great heat and AC, spotlessly clean everywhere, inside and out. Reasonable and fairly clean
Reasonable to cheap motel room that was fairly clean, but be prepared to rock in your bed from the train and two freeways it sits between. Free parking, situated in between In & Out, and Popeyes, so there are some benefits. If you can sleep with traffic noise this is the place for you!

We will not stay here again. It is between the freeway and train tracks. The staff was rude. The room was in bad need of a cleanup.

I would not in good conscience recommend this hotel. It is pretty run down and the location is awful. I should have done more research. It was right next to and below the highway and a train track was very very near by.

This is a simple hotel nothing extra. But it is cheaper than anywhere else around. It is basically a place to sleep and take a shower

Room was okay for the price. Needs some updating. Bed was spacious but very hard and uncomfortable. Must not have boxspring like laying on a piece of wood. Weekend price not worth the stay. Breakfast should be included for the price of room.
