The Master bathroom ensuite features a large luxurious seamless glass shower, with double Quartz vanities. The Kitchen is fully equip with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Kitchen has Samsung Stainless steel Refrigerator with 3 ice makers and water dispenser, Samsung electric stove and oven, and Samsung Dishwasher. Sit at the white Quartz Kitchen Island and watch the cook prepare your meals. The person who books must be staying at the home during your entire stay. If the person who books is not present, the reservation will be cancelled with NO REFUND. This is a NON-SMOKING home. Smoking, Vaping and e-cigarettes are NOT ALLOWED in the home or Garage. There is a Zero Tolerance policy for smoking inside the premises. Fines will be imposed and you will be removed from the property and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. There is a NO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR GUNS ON THE PROPERTY! Violators will be removed and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN! DO NOT PUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER & BODILY WASTE. VIOLATORS WILL BE CHARGED THE PLUMBERS FEE. ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY FOR AFTER HOURS & WEEKENDS. Booking Reservations should have the correct amount of people. The total amount of guest staying should be the amount you have at booking. There are security cameras in the front of the home and the back. If more guest are staying than what is booked, you will be charged. If violated there will be a $50 charge per guest, for each night of your stay & must be paid during your stay or you will be removed from the home without a Refund. Events are allowed but the type of event & the amount of people must be approved when booking. DO NOT disconnect the security system. DO NOT block, cover or remove the cameras outside. DO NOT disconnect the Wifi/Router as this is necessary for door entry, Internet, TV etc. Any mess beyond normal cleaning will be charged for a deep cleaning. Damage to the property will be charged accordingly. Everyone MUST shower before entering the Hot Tub. Swimwear must be worn inside the Hot Tub. Adults must accompany children in the Hot Tub and must supervise them at all times. Only use the Beach towels for Hot Tub use. Please do not remove the beach towels from the home. The cover MUST be closed when not in use. Disturbing the Peace: Loud noise above regular speech is monitored. There should not be any loud, disruptive & out of control Parties. These would go against my No Party House policy. Violators will be removed from the home & there will be no Refund given. Keep outside doors closed. DO NOT turn the A/C below 70 degrees as this will break the A/C unit. Please leave all covers on the couches NOTE: The Wildlife Retention Pond behind the home has NO SWIMMING, NO FISHING, & NO DUMPING. DO NOT DISTURB THE WILDLIFE. WARNING: VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED AND REMOVED FROM THE AIRBNB. The Cornhole game has to be brought inside when not in use, when it's raining & when the sprinklers are on. The Portable Speaker System has to be brought inside when not in use, when it's raining & when the sprinklers are on. Do Not turn the Volume above 20. Disturbing the Peace violations may be issued. Do Not use the mics in the Hot Tub as water will damage them. Clean the Weber grill after each use. The grill brush is hanging to the left on the grill & the grill spray is under the Kitchen sink. Do not put any metal, or curry on the Quartz countertops as this will damage them. Load the dishwasher before leaving. Turn off all TV's and the fireplace when leaving the home. Turn off all lights & lock all doors to the front, back and patio when leaving. Place trash in a garbage bag and put inside the trash can outside. The gate code will need to be entered after 8:00pm-7:00am. Property Access: NOTE: For your Safety, Maintenance may need to occur during your stay. All efforts will be made to avoid coming inside unless it is an Emergency. A phone call, text, or message will be sent to make you aware before their arrival. Workers will ring the doorbell & knock on the front door before coming inside. Driver's License identification of all guests is required within 48 hours of booking & must match the people who are staying at the home. A Rental Agreement is required and will be sent after you book.
