Could not fault Giramar Lagos. Just returned from here and would highly recommend. Once we found our bearings we realised what a great location this is for walking to the old town and stunning beaches. Apartments are spotless, cleaned every day (Monday to Friday) with all the essentials. No DVD player in our apartment but we didn't need it as there's so much to do in Lagos. The pool area is exceptional, spotless and the trampoline was a big hit with our kids aged 13 & 11. The Casbah restaurant by the pool is excellent, run by a perfect gentleman, who is always smiling. Delicious toasties, fries, drinks menu, ice creams and Moroccan dishes. Giramar is located in a lovely quiet residential area with supermarkets, restaurants close by.

Hard to describe, and I want to be fair. Started with a refused cancellation of reservation because of trip change, was not happy about that. Because I did not want to lose what was paid, we changed our plans to fit. Will be more careful next time. Have not too much good to say about a place who does not consider changes. Was not worth the change. Think twice please.

Começou mal: chegamos e não tinha ninguém para nos recebe, o telefone que constava não atendia e ficamos cerca de meia horas perdidas, rodando de um lado para o outro até encontrar o dono do restaurante que nos ajudou a localizar a dona do apartamento. Ufaa! Achei bastante mal organizada essa parte. Sorte que era de manhã, não sei como seria se fosse de noite. Quando entramos no apartamento foi uma ótima surpresa: tudo impecavelmente arrumado, super bonitinho e limpo. Adoramos ficar lá. Tinha 2 lances de escadas para subir, então malas pesadas e dificuldades em locomoção pode ser um problema .

An older property that is very well maintained and well appointed. Very quiet area. Excellent Moroccan restaurant 1 minute walk from unit. Cleaning staff every day with was much appreciated. Some confusion accessing keys to the property but sorted within an hour. Did not use pool but very clean and lots of pool towels in our unit. Reasonably close to supermarkets.
