"Aware at check-out time, they raised the daily price without warning us or combining (+ 100 real!!) ! On the morning of exit, they edited whatsapp messages and also deleted some messages for all. And when I said that the combined price was not that, the receptionist said that it was a bug of the other receptionist who made our reservation yesterday, and I had to pay the increased value, he lost our trust.
