As a Chinese, I want to write some reliable reviews. 1: The service staff on the island really look down on Chinese people. The waiter laughed out loud at the sunset cafe because of my poor English. The hotel waiter yelled **** because I brought something with me. (So I will never come to this hotel again in my life) 2: The only restaurant on the island is very expensive. A hamburger is about 100 RMB. A 20% service fee is also charged. (The food is almost the same price and not very delicious) 3: You need to be very punctual when boarding and disembarking. It takes 40 minutes or about 1 hour to get from Komodo Island to the hotel by boat. (If you are late, you will have to pay about 800 RMB to take a private yacht.) 4: The soundproofing is very poor. If you don’t mind after reading the above description, I suggest you book a private one (a single-family house will not be noisy). 5: It is not recommended to watch the sunrise. 6: The snorkeling equipment is not very easy to use (water in the goggles, water leaking in the breathing port, and foggy goggles). Finally, I must say that since you despise and hate Chinese people so much, don’t make money from Chinese people, okay👎

The service is very good, free airport pick-up and boat to the hotel, but the time is limited. The snorkeling environment is great, better than some snorkeling spots on the Komodo Island day trip. I strongly recommend staying at the hotel. You can go to the bar to watch the sunset at sunset. The room is a little small, and there is only wifi signal in the lobby. The food tastes average. You can go to the next door Seraya Resort to eat large portions and good prices, but it’s a bit scary to walk at night. Overall, it’s worth a try. Recommended

Too bad, 0.75 points all for snorkeling, other points are negative. The price of 2000+ a night is certainly not a top hotel, but I didn't expect to get such hardware and service. Transportation: Very bad. The hotel is on an outlying island, and the time to get on and off the island is very demanding. Once the plane is delayed or takes off early or there is any delay in activities on the main island, the hotel will charge 800r per person for picking up people, which is very likely to incur additional costs. Hardware: Very bad. The room is small, and the air conditioner blows directly at the bed. There is no Wi-Fi in the room (the information says that the private room has it, but it doesn't) and no signal, which means that you can't contact anyone in the room in any emergency. The toilet is smelly and must be closed when entering and exiting, otherwise the whole room will smell like the toilet sewer. Some towels are light yellow, which is disgusting. Service: Very bad. It was a completely makeshift team. On the first day, they registered me and a male from a Chinese couple in the same room... They also made a mistake with my room, and gave me a private room instead of a regular townhouse. When I asked them to change rooms, all the rooms were full, so I could only change to a so-called sea view room. I waited for an hour for them to clean it. And because the service and transportation were very poor, I lost a day's room fee. It is known that you have to pay to rent a boat to go to the island outside the harsh time, but even if you rent a private boat, it cannot be later than 6:30 in the evening. No one told us this, so we couldn't go back after watching the bat sunset and lost a day's room fee. We temporarily found a room on the main island to stay for a day. Note that during the period, I actually kept in touch with an employee named Anna to send a boat, but she fell asleep and didn't understand the meaning, which led to a service accident. The hotel refused to think it was responsible for this and kept trying to pua the passengers. In the end, the room fee was not refunded, and only Ctrip was trying to reduce our losses.

There is no water heater. I asked the customer service to send one but they didn't. I had to go to the front desk to urge them. The toilet was blocked and it stank. The shuttle boat was not clear where it was and I almost missed it. The food was expensive but the taste was okay.

The snorkeling environment is good, with many types of corals and fish, and the wind is small and the waves are small, so there is no pressure for children. Snorkeling equipment can be borrowed for free at the diving center, as well as paddleboards. The included breakfast is a la carte, which is very good. Lunch and dinner are also good for Western food, but we have been out for a week and can only eat fried rice and noodles later... The sunrise and sunset are beautiful ~ worth recommending ~ As for the room type, the single-family beach hut is closest to the restaurant and has the best wifi signal. The two rooms connected together are farther away, and there is basically no wifi signal. The attic is the farthest, and the balcony view is super good. Telkomsel shows 4G signal, and the speed is average. I see that the mobile card also shows Telkomsel 4G.

Room: Not big, a little crowded after adding a bed, but enough, after all, most of the time is spent on the beach, restaurant and sea. The decoration is primitive, not as luxurious as Maldives Food: It is strongly recommended to choose breakfast included. The breakfast set is very rich and you have to lean on the wall to eat. Lunch and dinner need to be ordered separately. The price is a little expensive (100+rmb per person), which is still cheaper than Maldives. The taste is not bad, but there are fewer choices Environment: More than 80% of the islands are Europeans and Americans. Except for meal time, there are basically few people. The color level of the glass sea is not bad, but it is slightly worse than Semporna (Mataking), and the beach is average. The signal is really bad. Underwater: Absolutely~ How many islands can you see Jack Storm by snorkeling? There are all kinds of other fish schools, lionfish, clownfish, turtles, small sharks, and silly Titan triggers. Snorkeling enthusiasts should not miss it! At 11 o'clock every day when the tide is low, you can see the sea directly at the pier. Giant clams, sea urchins, and corals are all in sight without getting into the water

The problem is too big. They said it was free pick-up, but they asked for 100 RMB for the car and 800 RMB for the speedboat to pick me up from my last hotel. The reason was "only the airport is free". We proposed to take a taxi to the airport and enjoy the free pick-up, but they pretended not to understand English on the phone and refused. After repeated negotiations, at 10 am, they proposed free wooden boat pick-up at 11 am and 4 pm, otherwise we had to go by ourselves. As a result, we had to cancel the original hotel itinerary. When we arrived at the hotel, we made an appointment for the next day's island tour, but they refused. The reason was "not enough for 5 people". We made an appointment for spa, but they said it could only be for one person. The hotel house was a mess. There was no network signal, and we could hear clearly what the next room said. In short, the thing I regret most is booking this hotel. The experience is too bad.
