the location is good, just a few mins walk from the shops. however, the street where the hotel is located is dark at night.

I am happy that they gave me a room without stairs as I have a knee joint problem. Clean and hot water shower was strong. Only thing most hotels don't used spring bed which I ached over my body. Hopefully they can used a better material bed..near town centre and walk to the beach watch sunset and sunrise..good location.. lots of cafes and few restaurants..

客房確實蠻好看的，很有氛圍感，服務人員態度也不錯，進店會給你提供擦手毛巾以及橙汁（雖然是小時候沖調的那種喝不慣了）
房間裏雙床舒服很多，面積也比較大，床挺窄的但也夠睡。整體還算方便，提供紙巾礦泉水肥皂，不過洗澡水壓特別小！！！！最糟糕的一個點，洗澡水小到感覺頭沒法洗乾淨。
晚上會很吵，隔壁餐廳放音樂到十點半，早上也很吵，清真寺四點開始祈禱。好處是離港口和各種咖啡廳繁華的地方比較近，穿過一條街對面星巴克在的商場看落日很美。
第二天一日團，提供的早餐盒非常簡陋，完全吃不飽，那個麪包直接和香蕉放在一起。

The hotel is located not far from main street and seafood market. Staff were friendly, but found miscommunication happened a few times. No pool. Pleasant stay.

設施問題：
1. 無電梯與樓梯過高： 酒店沒有電梯，樓梯陡峭，搬運大件行李非常不便。
2. 飲水機設計缺陷：
· 每層樓雖提供飲水機，但房間內暖水瓶的瓶口開口特別小，在飲水機接水極其困難。
· 飲水機經常在晚上就沒水了，不得不上下樓尋找有水的機器。
3. 隔音極差： 房間隔音效果非常不理想。我們住在三樓，能清晰聽到頂層洗衣機徹夜工作的噪音，嚴重影響睡眠。
4. 淋浴水量很小。WIFI需要登錄，但是經常會自動斷開，就要重新登錄。
服務與管理問題：
1. 早餐服務怠慢：
· 預訂的“早餐盒”內容極其敷衍（僅一片半麪包、一根香蕉、一個水煮蛋和一點果醬），完全無法滿足需求。
· 被迫改為去頂樓餐廳用餐，但早餐從未在規定的6點準時備齊。有一天甚至到了6:15仍沒有提供雞蛋，對於需要趕早班旅行團的客人來説非常不友好。
2. 接送服務嚴重失誤：
· 預訂了多日付費接送服務，經理曾承諾“多日用車可免一天費用”。
· 除第一天外，司機每天都會遲到，至少需要等待5分鐘以上。向前台反映時，一位女性員工不僅不道歉，反而瞪着眼睛反駁説“你並沒等很久”，態度惡劣。自此之後，那個女性前台再也不主動跟我們打招呼問好了。
· 第六天，因酒店管理不善，他們的車輛被堵住且無法聯繫到車主，導致我們白白浪費了十多分鐘，最後衹能自己步行前往集合點。
3. 承諾不兑現與人格侮辱：
· 根據約定，我要求減免未使用那天的車費。但同一位前台女士斷然否認之前經理做出的“免一天費用”的所有承諾。
· 在她無法給出合理解釋時，竟對我進行人身攻擊，讓我“去查查腦子”，此行為令人震驚且無法接受。
4. 清潔服務疏忽： 客房清潔人員經常將清潔工具遺落在房間內，還有忘記在垃圾桶裏放置新垃圾袋的情況。

The location is really great. The stuff is not friendly and couldn't help even with basic questions. The room was filthy with dead cockroaches 🪳 🪳

莫科多旅遊來第一晚入住的酒店，
交通 地理位置很優越 市中心不大，步行可以逛完
衞生：小鎮來講 很不錯了，風筒洗刷牙具都有
服務 ：我英語一般 但都能感受她們很熱情 也幫忙搬行李，（沒有電梯）
