Удачное расположение : рядом главная улица, порт, для поездки на острова, ночной рыбный рынок. В отеле предлагают активности по цене даже дешевле других контор. Минус: ооочень уставшая сантехника, проблема с тёплой водой.

1. Not clean enough.
2. Don't have duvet cover
3. Shower is very spartan
4. No elevator
5. Everything is very old
Guys are friendly. But I'm paying for comfort. If this place would cost 3 times cheaper, I don't care. But it cost a lot and doesn't worth this money...

It's in a very convenient location in the center of Labuan Bajo. Grilled Fish Street, Starbucks, and the pier where various Komodo tours depart and arrive are within walking distance.
The room was average. The shower had no problem with hot water. The best feature of this hotel may be the view of the sea from the rooftop restaurant. You can look at it forever while drinking your morning coffee.
It is at the same level as the rooftop bar of Siesta, a hotel and bar popular with Westerners behind it. This restaurant may be the best recommendation.

It's conveniently located near the port, but the rooms are hit or miss. The Quran is played five times a day nearby, waking me up at 4:30 in the morning. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied.

Overall, very strategic location. Friendly staff.
Cleanliness e.g. bath towels need improvement.
Very basic room amenities e.g. small TV, aircond not so cold. No complimentary bottled mineral water but there are water dispensers around the corners.
Same breakfast everyday. Getting bored if stay more then 3 nights.

Simple Lodge and near the to main street. Sound proof is not good which have a "door" within 2 room. this more for the family room.
