整體還是值得一住的，位置非常方便就在碼頭市中心，樓下就是KFC和星巴克，房間硬件一般，但是海景房陽台景色出色，樓頂早餐風景也很不錯，大堂風景也不錯可以看日落。

The reception staff was good; they granted our request before check-in, . My only concern is that the room AC was not cool enough, and the breakfast food was cold, not even warm. If I were to return to Labuan Bajo, I would probably stay at another hotel up the cliff, as Labuan Bajo is a small and accessible town, not far from where I wanted to go.

Staying for honeymoon, got upgraded from the horizon room to phinisi suites. The room was huge, the view was amazing! Thanks a lot, meruorah. Definitely will come back!

Hotel was ok, nothing special, just normal hotel, but we had strange situation with smell of cigarettes in a room and we are not smoking and were with little baby. We were so tired after a long trip, wanted just wait when this smell go away, but it became even worse and we needed to change room in late night with baby, who wanted to sleep it had an impact on overall impression! But stuff was very nice and friendly, did their best to make it smooth and quick.
Also we know for sure where we left new baby sunscreen that we just bought and when we asked to check it they said that didn’t find, but it couldn’t be anywhere else.
Generally it’s ok, best location in city center, nice walking area, breakfast also was not bad, kids room is nice, pool area with good view. I hope no one else will have this situation with smell of cigarettes because it is disgusting, specially for people with allergy like me and small kids
But everything can happen, overall this hotel in ok

酒店位於Labuan碼頭旁邊，在步行五分鐘可達的範圍內，同時緊鄰海鮮市場。酒店進大門直接面對海景，早餐在露台上，可以一覽停泊各種船衹的湛藍港口。
酒店房間設施很新，服務員態度也很好，幫忙溝通當地洗衣房衣服送洗，洗衣房服務質量很好，價格也很便宜。
如果有出海計劃住在碼頭附近的話，這家是很好的選擇。

The hotel was truly wonderful and made my stay so memorable. From the lobby, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the harbour. Although there was some noise from the boats, it didn’t bother me at all as the balcony doors were soundproof, letting me enjoy the view in peace and quiet.
I was celebrating my birthday, and the guest relations team went above and beyond to make it meaningful. They decorated my room so beautifully and added thoughtful touches that made me feel truly special. On my last day, I was so touched when the team surprised me with a birthday cake during checkout — such a heartfelt gesture that I will never forget. Huge thanks and shoutout to Devina, Olive & the team for their amazing effort and warm hospitality. You really made my birthday celebration extra special, and I’m so grateful for everything you did.
The free airport shuttle made traveling so convenient, and the evening tea cakes were a delightful treat. I also loved the complimentary foot massage, which was such a relaxing way to start my stay.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-kept, but what really stood out was the genuine warmth of the staff. Every encounter felt sincere, and their efforts turned my birthday trip into something unforgettable.

We stayed at this hotel before and after our overnight boat trip, and it was a fantastic experience. Perfectly located near the harbor and on the main street with food and coffee options. The hotel was clean, and we recommend the seaview room for its comfortable layout and stunning sunset views. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel welcomed. Our stay included free airport transport and a 15-minute foot massage, plus we enjoyed an excellent full-body massage at the spa.
Highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities!

酒店景色很好，尤其是大堂的沙發往外面看的海景。而且在酒店房間裏也不錯，房間的毛巾乾淨。因為他建築設計很好，就算是我們隨便定的海景房，海景也是很漂亮的。
