The first choice hotel in Komodo, the scenery is amazing, just like in poetry and painting. The hotel is worth the money just for the scenery. The hotel is also equipped with various water services!

The overall experience is good. The difference between the sea view room and the deluxe sea view room is the floor height. However, the view from the high floor is better, and the hotel swimming pool facilities are still very complete. The restaurant tastes OK. The hotel's sea trip project has a limited number of people per day, so you have to make an appointment in advance to sign up. The only thing that makes the hotel lose points is that the sea water is not clear and beautiful enough, and for a hotel of this price, the room mini bar doesn't have anything, which feels a bit inconsistent

The hotel is generally good, but this dining experience was a pitfall. I ordered the specially recommended crab on the first day of my arrival, which cost 550,000 yuan, about 250 yuan, plus taxes and service fees. But the crab meat I ordered this time was powdery and not fresh, which made me doubt the catering management of Ayana Komodo Hotel. I didn't dare to order seafood for the next few days. This kind of five-star hotel should never use dead crabs as ingredients for cooking and processing for guests. This time I chose Ayala Komodo Hotel because of the good memories of staying at Ayala Hotel in Bali a few years ago. But with the memory of eating dead crabs at Ayala Komodo Hotel this time, I will not book this hotel again in the future. The catering management of the hotel is definitely a small loss and needs to be improved.
