I am very satisfied with the hotel. I am more satisfied with the service of the staff than the environment. From the meal to the shuttle bus staff, they are all very good!!! Especially the lady who received me at the front desk. I forgot to ask her name. I like her very much!!! The only shortcoming is the sound insulation of the hotel 😭 I booked a normal room, so there are people living upstairs. Every morning and evening, there are all kinds of "dong dong dong". I am sensitive to sound, so it is quite annoying! But I will definitely stay here next time I come to Komodo! !
