We do allow up to 2 Pets/Dogs with pre approval and the $75 Per Pet/Dog Fee Paid. If you bring dogs without paying or bring more dogs than you paid for, then it's a $500 Fine. Please keep all Pets/Dogs off All Furniture and Beds/Linen and pick up all Dog Poop so you do incur extra cleaning and damage fees. Thanks

Our spacious home is a perfect getaway for small and large groups, as well as the traveling workforce.

Just poor communication left a couple items in the place and have yet to hear back about them such as my parents passports they had a dead roach in the fridge they try to day that we brike it but it was broken when we arrived then had roaches crawling around the refrigerator the grass was not cut just some ghetto pol dint rent from them cause they will lie on you just to get extra out of you but the inside was very spacious

recommendations
Paperwork should be sent the day before. If people are driving it is next to impossible to see and fill out the forms.
Install grab bars on each of the side walls of the handicap shower.
Need bars by toilet to push off of toilet.
Several places in the floor are squishy. Need to fix dips and brakes in floor as it's a walking hazard.
Upstairs bathroom was very dusty and dirty. Bathroom in the garage bedroom was very dirty in back of the toilet.
Need to upgrade kitchen utensils, such as pots, pans, knives, and silverware to some of a higher quality.
Wash cloths were in VERY SHORT SUPPLY. Not even one per person... Towels need to be upgraded as they seem to be very worn. if you plan to stay bring your OWN TOWELS
Handicap bathroom had no washcloth at all and the garage bathroom had only one.
Did not find any extra blankets anywhere
The bunkbeds did not have a top sheet.
The front And back of the stove had not been cleaned. They were quite dirty. Refrigerator had not been cleaned on the inside.
Some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty.
Positives:
House was very spacious with ample room for a large number of people.
Mattress was comfortable.
Plenty of hot water for showers.
Having a partially handicapped bathroom was helpful but needed to be made fully handicap accessible.
Step down into the garage bedroom is dangerous. Lady fell not realizing that it was a step down. No serious injury. Just a lot of bruises.
A ramp into the garage bedroom would be very helpful.
