Beautiful space with a lovely wood burning stove. The location right next to first beach is absolutely amazing. Can't wait to be back.

Right by the sea, listening to the sound of waves, watching the waves, there is a kitchen with an oven, sufficient heating, and a super large bathroom. December is the off-season, the weather is cold and rainy, but we were lucky to see the sunset.

RV Camping issues It truly pains me to leave this review. But something needs to change. -- Please understand this is about the CAMPING arrangements. I booked an RV site (site specific) over 4 months in advance. Chose my site based on the size of my unit, the car and trailer I was pulling and our length of stay. Everything is locked in and ready for our trip. -- We travel 7.5 hours, go to check in, only then to find out "they have changed their policy". And sites are arranged by the computer, based on "the best interests of the resort". We went from a pull through ocean view, to being stuck in a too short of a site on the corner of the road (Our picnic table was literally on the gravel of the road, and we used our car to add some protection for our seated area. And our fire pit was a foot away from the back of my RV that was also sticking out in the road in front of us too far) Our view? A row of portable toilets and a dumpster. -- I will be the first to tell you the staff was INCREADABLE. Kind, apologetic, but this was beyond their control or change. The young lady at the counter was great, and so was the manager Jerry. He did his best to help us out, but made it very clear it was a change that he was unable to provide. -- To the team making the decisions,.. We have stayed at your resort in the past, beautiful location, great resort, friendly staff. -- CHANGE your policy, if you want another visit from me or anyone I talk to. This is unacceptable for what to expect when traveling. -- You wouldn't book a flight in first class then show up and get a seat by the bathrooms, in the back of the plane. -- You wouldn't book a hotel with 2 Queens and end up with a room with one double. -- You wouldn't book a restaurant reservation on the deck looking over the ocean for you anniversary dinner and get put in the table by the bathroom. -- You wouldn't accept that, but you expect your customers to adapt to your policy that are the "best interests of the [your] resort" Marginal profit over customer satisfaction is a losing plan. PS if you ready this far,.. Please fix the water pressure, not sure if it was just our spot, but the water pressure was to weak to use. Let me know when things have changed,.. I'd love to visit again. A

We stayed in this accommodation because we had done some research that suggested that staying in Forks was not such a good idea and therefore we chose to stay on the coast at La Push. Sadly, the weather was unfriendly but there’s nothing we can do about the weather. When we arrived at the accommodation we discovered that the amenities were less than satisfactory. We were a group of four and on our arrival there were three chairs at a table and as a consequence one of our group was required to stand for both dinner that night and breakfast the following morning. We tried to follow it up with staff to obtain appropriate furniture but that took too long. We also tried to use the facilities on site but by the time we arrived on the first night the restaurant was closed and we ate at one of the food trucks. On the second night we arrived just after 8 pm for Dinner at the Rivers Edge restaurant only to be literally turned away by the staff. The chef saw us enter the door and immediately closed the kitchen and when we spoke with the hostess she indicated that we simply could not be accommodated. The other downside of staying at this resort for us was finding an envelope that had been placed on the table, suggesting that we might leave like to leave some sort of gratuity for the cleaner. Our experience was that the accommodation was below par and in fact the floors were, to put it bluntly, putrid. The standard of cleanliness within the accommodation was incredibly poor. As a consequence no one in our group would be prepared to recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to the north West area of Washington.

This was a bittersweet weekend for us. We have been going to Quileute Oceanside Resort several times a year for years as it was our favorite spot. We always book a year in advance and choose our favorite sites. When we arrived on 8/29 for the holiday weekend, we went straight to our reserved space, only to find a unit in it. We drove to the office to get it sorted out. Once we got there, we were told that we had been moved... to a site that our 40ft RV does NOT fit in! In fact, the spot was in an entire row that the resort themselves has told us for years is not accessible for our unit! When we showed them our confirmation letter with our reserved site number noted, we were told that they would no longer allow people to reserve certain sites and instead would be putting people where they fit when they arrive...😒 Again, we will not FIT in the site your system switched us to! After wasting 45 minutes, they finally got us in a site that we fit in. While we were in the office, two other campers were in there that had called to confirm they were in sites that were next to each other only to get there and be told that they weren't even in the same campgrounds within the resort! We already have reservations for next Memorial Day weekend with a group of about 6 RV's. We asked if we were still going to be put in spots next to one another, "no". We were told that this was the new policy and of we didn't like it, that was tough. Of course it wasn't long after we got to our site before someone pulled up and asked why we were in their site. We explained to them what happened and that they too would have to go to the office to find out where their new site was. They too were camping with a group that had all arranged to be together and weren't. He also wound up being put on the other side of the resort in the other campground, nowhere near his friends. He was also told this was the new policy and they didn't care if he liked it or not. He and his group will be camping elsewhere for their annual trip next year. Hopefully, Quileute will see what a huge mistake this policy change is and revert back to guaranteed sites. If not, we will certainly miss this magical place.

This park is very beautiful. I stayed at an RV site that had full hookups , its own personal garbage can, and the bathrooms were very clean. The restaurant near to the park was good, I recommend the Brussel sprouts, Its definitely a get away from the city. Very beautiful. Just know, there is theft here. I had my laundry stolen in the laundry room. Someone stole it from the dryer. It wasn’t something that caused me angst, because it was something I bought from Amazon for $15. But the fact that someone went into the dryer to steal something from my personal items was unsettling. I went to the front desk, just to let them know that there are thieves here. The front desk clerk looked bothered, like she didn’t care. When a customer comes to the front desk to let them know of petty crime, the least they could do is acknowledge that this was wrong, and that they will forward this issue to their supervisors. I got a half assed reply they will let maintenance and security know. It felt like I was bothering her. Thats not a good look. Just know, there is thievery here, and don’t leave anything outside your campsite that has any value outside without supervision. I have been to many campgrounds and marinas in this state, and never had anything stolen. So I am sitting here in my campsite planning to lock my doors tonight in my RV, something I never had to do in any campground before because of crime. I think the issue is this campground is right next to the town of La Push, and I suspect outsiders are coming in to steal. I also have read about thefts in this campground from other online reviews. Fix this issue, because if this becomes endemic, you will lose customers. Who wants to go camping and then worry that items from their campsite or laundry areas may get stolen. Camping is supposed to be relaxing.I am not sure that I am coming back, because right now I don’t know that this is a campground that I can leave things out, like a grill, cooler or chairs. I would love to come back, but…. Make everyone put a credit card deposit down for a key to the laundry room. If the key is not returned ,they forfeit their deposit. Have security drive around the campground with identifiers that they are security. A known security presence may help deter petty theft. It’s a small town, security would have an idea who the troublemakers are.

We decided to take our chances and last min booked a cabin- upgraded to a cabin on waterfront (not luxury) and loved it. Yes it's expensive but the other options were staying in forms (depressing). My kids age 12-16 spent HOURS on the beach building driftwood forts. Would stay again. Kind of sad they have WiFi now. Location location location.

This is a beautiful beach and rooms have wonderful views. However the rooms are basic. Low quality towels , no bath mat towel, low quality pillows. Seemed clean but floor left bottoms of feet dirty. No internet in rooms - available in one spot outside. For the views we would have been ok but for the $580 per night rate. We expected high end splurge. This isn’t that. Also only one restaurant in town - good not great - but packed and they don’t take reservations or even keep a list of names. Everyone just stands there in cramped quarters for over an hour to get a table. But no other options besides a burger truck. Beautiful area, small tribal town, minimal services, very high price. Don’t expect resort amenities even though it is in the name.

We have annually visited this resort for more than 12 years and always gave a 5. This year it has gone down hill. We stay in one of the delux cabins, usually a studio. The location so near first beach is fabulous but prices have gone up beyond the value, The cabin is tired, linens around for too long, and worst, on a foggy, cold and windy weekend the fireplace didn’t work. And no effort was made in 4 days to get it functioning. Part time maintenance kids were sent but knew nothing. We felt has not been working for awhile. Picnic tables came with most cabins but not ours. Be aware, the price you book is not what you will be charged. They can increase at their discretion. Our price went up $39 a night without notification. Not a big deal if staying one night but adds up when several days. They let you know about this when checking in. Signs success has gone to their head
