Amazing service from very friendly and approachable staff. Great breakfast buffet selection, with plenty of options for all tastes in The Lader. We had one evening meal in Filini which was gorgeous. The food at the poolside bar/restaurant called Il Tagilo was a real standout, cocktails were also a hit. Great entertainment on an evening we watched the Acrobatic show which was amazing, The Magician which was hilarious and thoroughly entertaining and also enjoyed partaking in the Music Quiz. Great children’s pool with plenty of sun loungers around, we struggled a lot to get our 5yr old son out of the pool he loved it that much. Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Our son was ill during the stay and the domestic staff member who attended our room was so lovely and helpful, showed real concern for our son and would not let me help her clean up telling me to sit and rest just showed how caring the staff at this hotel resort are. As well as the server who brought up our room service that day so attentive and friendly towards our little boy. Unfortunately did not find the time to visit the Spa during our stay but hopefully we will come and stay again. Short walk away from other lovely bars, restaurants and shops.

I stayed at Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Mogán in June 2024 with my 4-year-old daughter, booked through Ving. During our stay I discovered a clear chain of bites on my child’s leg – a typical sign of bedbugs. Under the mattress I also found black residues which I photographed. When I reported this to the reception, I was told it was “just sand” or “mosquitoes from the pool area”. But mosquitoes do not bite in chains. Only after insisting late in the evening did we finally get another room, and even then the first replacement room we were given was already occupied. One whole night was ruined for us. Ving, our tour operator, was of no help. While I was standing at reception with a 4-year-old demanding a new room, Ving only sent me messages like “keep us updated”. The idea that Ving is “there for you” is simply an illusion – in reality, you are left alone when problems arise. After returning home I filed a complaint with documentation. Almost two months later Ving replied that everything was “normal” and that I should have provided a doctor’s note – even though the hotel never offered any medical help. No compensation was given. I warn other travellers: check your room carefully, especially the mattresses. And be aware – both Radisson Blu and Ving failed completely in handling a serious situatidon.

Great stay! Friendly, professional staff everywhere, especially at the restaurant and the reception. Food was tasty with lots of options. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though showing a bit of wear. Gym is well-equipped, pool is heated and nice, and the beach is just nearby. Really enjoyed my stay. It was our fourth time there and we would definitely come back!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Been here three times and again did not disappoint. Staff are so attentive, big shout out in particular to the the active staff they're absolutely fab.... Nothing is out of place in this hotel and that reflects when you see all the cleaners, waiters, maintenance guys all working tirelessly daily. Recommended to all my friends and family !!

The hotel is exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The quality is excellent and the prices are fair. We stopped in a two bedroom suite and it was impressive and spacious. We traveled with children and met friends. The resort is close to the centre and surrounded by reasonable bars and restaurants. We took a morning walk up the hill and saw great views of Morgan. The rooms are kept so clean it was impressive. We are Radisson VIP members, but don’t expect any of the benefits. The hotel is full, so no free upgrades or late check out at this hotel. I suspect out of season they try their best, we travelled early July. Don’t let that put you off. Staff are good, hotel is clean and in a good location, definitely worth a visit.

We had an excellent time at this resort. Two interconnecting rooms for 2 adults + 3 kids (16, 14, 9) worked well for all of us. There were no 'sunbed wars', and the pools were great. We were B&B only, as we prefer to travel and visit other areas when on holiday, so I can only comment on breakfast. We found breakfast was in line with expectations (busy at times, friendly staff, typical breakfast food, etc). For evening meals we found plenty of good restaurants 5 - 10mins walk from the hotel (There was no particular reason we didn't dine in the hotel in evenings). There are plenty of family friendly restaurants too. All staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Veronica who seemed to go above and beyond when interacting with guests. The only criticism would be the a/c in the room only went down to 22°C with no option to manually turn it on or lower the temp further. Apart from that minor criticism, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

What a lovely hotel and area in general. We're a couple in our 60s (nearer 70 really ;)) and went for 4 weeks in January of this year on a B&B basis. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. It's not an 'in your face' type hotel, we didn't feel any pressure to join in anything we didn't want to. Lots of guests from Northern Europe which was nice. Definitely not a stag/hen party type hotel. The entertainment was low key and ended around 10pm each night, which suited us. Being there for 4 weeks it could have felt repetitive, though as we went out many nights it wasn't, and I prefer to focus on the fact we're lucky enough to be able to go away for 4 weeks. Lovely walk in shower, nice balcony. Sheets were changed regularly without us having to ask. Swimming pools are heated, we used the spa once and I enjoyed the aqua gym classes. My husband said the gym was good. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, though we did buy 7 nights' vouchers for the price of 5. Besides B&B you can go HB, I think if it was AI it would lose some of its ambience. Health permitting, we hope to return next year.

I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu in Puerto de Mogán. The hotel was spotless throughout, with exceptional attention to cleanliness in both the rooms and communal areas. The staff work incredibly hard and it really shows – from housekeeping to the restaurant team, everyone was welcoming and efficient. The food was consistently excellent, with a great variety and high quality at every meal. I stayed in a poolside room in the quieter part of the hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone travelling without young children – peaceful, relaxing, and with direct access to a lovely pool. Special mention to the reception staff who were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any request. A truly enjoyable and well-run hotel – I’ll definitely be back!
